This image is a general representation of the item and the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. Used items may have various cosmetic differences as well.
Black vinyl that may show a slight amount of dust or dirt.
Should still be very shiny under a light, even with slight amount of dust on surface.
One or two small marks that would make an otherwise near perfect record slightly less so.
These marks cannot be too deep, and should only be surface marks that won't affect play,
but might detract from the looks.
May have some flaws and discoloration in the vinyl, but only those that would be
intrinsic to the pressing. These should disappear when the record is tilted under
the light, and will only show up when looking straight at the record.
(Buddah and ABC pressings from the 70's are a good example of this.)
May have some slight marks from aging of the paper sleeve on the vinyl.
Possible minor surface noise when played.
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
A novelty group if there ever was one, but they still had their day with the big hit "Pass the Dutchie", not that any of them were even old enough to know what they were singing about, or should have been. Beyond that track there's not a whole lot that's remarkable about their commercial ... LP, Vinyl record album
Adrian Sherwood and crew pay tribute to Horace Swaby's afrocentric dub classic. Gentle melodica melodies twist in and out of the sort of crazy dubbed out excursions you'd expect from the Dub Syndicate. Includes the title track, "Pressurized", "Red Sea" and "Tributr". LP, Vinyl record album
Titles include "Bathroom Sex", "Lift Up Your Dress Fat Girl", "Stretch To Fit", "Adam & Eve", and "Give Me One Of Your Gal Friends". LP, Vinyl record album
A sweet little soundtrack by John Barry – very different than the full-on style he used for James Bond – but equally groovy in its own sort of way! The music was written for a spy thriller starring Alec Guiness, George Segal, and Max Von Sydow – a moody film that's handled here ... LP, Vinyl record album
A stunner of a soundtrack from the maestro Barry White – his only entry into the blacksploitation film genre of the 70s, and a complete doozy throughout! For the album, Barry's stripped down the bigger space of his own records, and his Love Unlimited productions – into some shorter ... LP, Vinyl record album
One of the first big moments of global fame for the legendary Ennio Morricone – and a record that still stands as one of his landmark albums all these many years later! The set's famous for its haunting theme – that "wah-wah-wah" melody that led to countless covers and ... LP, Vinyl record album
