Gift Certificates
You can buy a gift certificate using our secure gift certificate order form.
If you're looking for a gift but aren't sure what to get or if they already have that record or CD, you can't go wrong with a Dusty Groove gift certificate. You can send by email as soon as the gift certificate is processed (usually less than 24 hours), or buy one today and surprise the recipient by sending it on their birthday, holiday, or special occasion.
Dusty Groove gift certificates are distributed digitally with a variety of designs available — you can send them by email, or you can print at home and hand-deliver (without spoiling the surprise). If you would like a gift certificate card (voucher) mailed for you, please contact us at dg@dustygroove.com before ordering.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Redeeming a gift certificate (or "gift voucher") is quick and convenient.
- Select "Redeem a gift certificate ..." under payment at checkout, or
- From the shared gift certificate link select "Redeem into your account", or
- Sign in to your account and select "Redeem Your Gift Certificate"
- The gift certificate is then applied to your next order, with any unused balance remaining on your account for subsequent orders
- A valid credit card is required during checkout to pay for anything over the amount of the gift certificate
Of course, you can always redeem in person at our Chicago store — just have your gift certificate number handy when you checkout.
Gift Orders
Ordering gifts from Dusty Groove is easy.
- Add items to your cart and place your order as usual
- Select "Gift options" at checkout
- Enter the gift information you'd like to appear on the recipient's invoice
(We'll gift wrap for at no charge!) - Orders shipped outside the U.S.: An invoice with prices must be included for customs purposes
- Orders shipped within the U.S.: A gift notice without prices is included with the order
