How To Order
Secure Shopping Cart
Ordering with our secure shopping cart system is fast and easy. Simply click the "Add to cart" button next to an item, and it will be added to
your cart. When you want to check out, just click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page, and you'll be
prompted to enter the right information. This method gets your order processed right and gets us all the information we need.
You can place an order online and pickup your items at the pick-up window on the side of our Chicago store. Pick-up hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm

Pickup Orders are placed like any other online order — add items to your shopping card and checkout —
but instead of choosing a shipping address and shipping method, choose the option "Pickup order at our Chicago store".
You can authorize someone to collect your items on your behalf if you are not able to visit the store in person.
You, or the person you authorize, must provide a valid picture ID at the time of pickup
for us to release the merchandise you have previously purchased.
Pickup Orders are processed and paid for like any other order.

Orders can be picked up at the pick-up window on the side of our Chicago store from 9:00am to 6:00 pm.
Orders should be picked up within 30 days. Any orders not picked up after 35 days will be canceled automatically.

We require an accurate billing address when you submit your card information, or your card may be declined and your order will be canceled.
The shopping cart has a secure system (SSL) that will keep
all of your information secure when shopping at Dusty Groove.

Terms Of Ordering
All orders are processed as quickly as possible — which usually means that
your order will be turned around sometime during the first 24 hours after we
receive it. We have all the items listed in stock at our Chicago warehouse —
so you won't have to wait any extra days for the order to be finalized while
the goods are on order from a supplier. However, this also means that we don't
have a backorder system — and if we don't have an item listed on the pages,
or if we've just sold out of it, we can't put it in your order.
The speed of our processing your order usually depends on how well you place
the order — so be sure to give us all the correct information the first time,
so that we can get things done right and fast!
