Used CD Grade
We only use the grade "Used CD" for non-new CDs.
This all-encompassing grade was chosen it because we only buy and offer
used CDs in the best possible condition.
When you purchase a used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use, but if there are significant details or
defects we will describe the item's condition (just like we do with LPs),
so look for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details before ordering.
All of our used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
After you receive a used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly.
If it does not, you can request a return for a full refund.
Emilio Santiago wasn't part of the original bossa generation, but he does a pretty great job with this set of classic tunes from the 60s! The album features some laidback jazzy arrangements by the likes of Marcos Valle, Cristovao Bastos, Leandro Braga, and Jota Moraes – and the album's got a ... CD
A great album from Astrud Gilberto – one that has her pushing past the simple bossa of early years, running through a range of 60s styles that all sound great – really opening up, finding new confidence in her vocals, and bridging a few different musical worlds in the process! ... CD
A loving tribute to Antonio Carlos Jobim – featuring the keyboards and vocals of Ivan Lins, with additional guitar by Roberto Menescal, who also helped arrange the set with the intimate jazzy style of some of his recent bossa-revival work. Lins' voice is wonderful, as always – and ... CD
Was there ever anyone groovier than these guys? We don't think so – as Sergio had it all: 2 female singers in the lead, great bossa nova backing, and production on his records that couched the grooves in the pillowy-soft pop style of the A&M studios! This 17 track package isn't much ... CD
An incredible later meeting by two of the most sophisticated musical talents of the bossa generation – and a record that's done in the same intimate, spare setting as Jobim's meeting with Elis Regina a few years before! Production is by bossa legend Aloysio De Oliveira – and the sound ... CD
Maria Creuza sings the work of Baden Powell – bringing her own lovely vocals to Baden's classic guitar-driven grooves – all in a mode that's totally sweet throughout! Although mostly bossa in style, the backings here are also a bit modern too – with a fair bit of keyboards ... CD
An excellent bit of jazzy bossa from the great Leny Andrade – recorded in 1991, but with a mellow fusion sound that's got a very nice 70s sort of vibe! Leny's voice has always been great, and in these later years, she's hit a mellowed-out tone that's even better than the one she used on her ... CD
Arguably the last true moment of genius in Michael Jackson's career – a record that sold a bazillion copies around the world – and for plenty good reason! Michael's still working here with Quincy Jones – in territory that steps nicely from the Off The Wall groove, into territory ... CD
A pair of late 80s gems from the Gap Band – back to back, with bonus tracks too! First up is Gap Band 8 – very sharp work from The Gap Band – working confidently in a mid 80s boogie soul mode with a couple of solid slow jams and that funky synthesizer groove which they had pretty ... CD

A pristine batch of new exotica-schooled lounge groove from Dyanimic 4! Led by guitarist and chief songwriter Steve Micarell, these guys studied the groovy late 60s bachelor pad jazz and all things sunny and groovy with a fine-toothed comb – and they remodel that sound very strongly for the ... CD
