✨✧ Bobby Moore & The Rhythm AcesSearching For My Love/Hey Mr DJ ... 7-inch
Checker, 1966. Very Good+ ... Out Of Stock
A killer from Bobby Moore! Sure, he's best known for the classic southern soul number "Searching For My Love" – but the one we die for is "Hey Mr DJ", a slow vamping instrumental with a honking tenor all over the top, and bubbling organ and really heavy drums underneath. The cut's a fantastic stepper, a bit like the best work from Joe Dukes! 7-inch, Vinyl record
(Maroon label pressing. Labels have light wear.)

✨✧ IndeepLast Night A DJ Saved My Life/DJ Delight ... 7-inch
Sound Of New York, 1982. Near Mint- ... Out Of Stock
Goofy, silly – but one that we still dig after all these years! The track has a monster scratchy guitar riff, and lots of that rolling bass pedal groove that was so popular in the early 80s. Also features a terrible white rapper – but he's so silly you can almost forgive him! The track's also been sampled/quoted in a bunch of hip hop cuts over the years! 7-inch, Vinyl record

✨✧ Roy Porter Sound MachineParty Time (orig, DJ Spinna edit) ... 7-inch
Bel Ad/P-Vine (Japan), 1975. New Copy (pic cover)... Out Of Stock
Heavy funk from the great Roy Porter – one of his most break-heavy tracks ever! "Party Time" has a wicked start that DJs have been digging for years – and the whole tune's this wibbly wobbly funky gem – with sweet Fender Rhodes, this cool chorus, and a skittish groove that never lets up! DJ Spinna does a great job on his own edit – really loving the break, and lifting up the Rhodes in a way that makes the whole thing sound even funkier! 7-inch, Vinyl record

✨✧ VariousDiggin Groove Diggers Box – Selected By Muro (3 x 7 inch singles) ... 7-inch
P-Vine (Japan), 1970s. New Copy 3 x 7 inch singles ... Out Of Stock
A really sweet collection of 7" singles – one that features tracks from the full length reissues in the P-Vine Groove Diggers series – a sublime run of really great rare groove releases over the past few years! The package mixes together funky jazz and groovy soul – and all the tracks on the set are hand-picked by DJ Muro – the man who's given us countless great mixes and reissue projects – some of our favorites from the Japanese scene! Titles include "Living Off The Love" by Erik Tagg, "Summer Love" by Prince Billy Mahdi Wright, "Step Out" by 1619 Bad Ass Band, and "The Last Time" by Spice – and the final single plays at 33 1/3, with the longer tracks "Chicango (Chicago Land)" and "Dancing & Singing" by Billy Wooten. 7-inch, Vinyl record
