A great tune from FirstChoice – a bit slower than some of their other disco hits, with a building soulful quality that's really great, and which includes a strong hook in the title phrase, one that really makes the song bubble! The b-side is a slightly longer mix by Bobby DJ Guttadaro. 12-inch, Vinyl record
(White label promo in a Giant Single sleeve, with a round sticker.)
One of the best tracks ever by FirstChoice! "Let No Man" is a sweeping anthemic club track – with a righteous lyric about love and losing it, and some killer production by the Baker-Harris-Young team that really gives the girls a great soulful groove! The Frankie Knuckles mix has some great strings, too! 12-inch, Vinyl record
A really different take on Loleatta Holloway's "Love Sensation" – a version that's totally cut up and reworked by Marshall Jefferson, into a style that's almost a pastiche homage to the track – and Loleatta in general! "Dr Love" is handled in a similar style – using bits from FirstChoice's original tune, and resorting the whole thing into a Chicago house-styled number! 12-inch, Vinyl record
