✨✧ JM SilkMusic Is The Key (house key, basement key, radio, percussapella) ... 12-inch
DJ International, 1985. Very Good ... Out Of Stock
An undisputed Chi House classic! The hard drums and bubbly electronics of this one make it a killer, and leave it sounding even fresher today than when it first came out. Lead vocals by Keith Nunnally are extremely soulful – with a great sound that gives the cut a lot more bottom than some of the other, flatter Chicago cuts from the time. Served up on 4 long mixes, too! 12-inch, Vinyl record
(Original white label pressing with blue text. Label has small writing in pen.)

Herbie HancockRockit (short, long/album) ... 12-inch
Columbia, 1983. Near Mint- (pic cover)... $14.99
Funky breaking madness! Nice 12" single of Herbie's big hit cut with Bill Laswell – which sounds surprisingly better today than it did back in 1983. Lots of nice early electro keyboards – and some nice scratching from Grandmaster D St! 12-inch, Vinyl record
(Cover has light ringwear, some edge wear, bumped corners, and is bent a bit at the spine.)

IndeepWhen Boys Talk (voc, acapella, inst, scratch version A, scratch version B) ... 12-inch
Sound Of New York, 1983. Very Good+ ... $7.99
The other single from one-hit-wonders Indeep. The cut has almost the same feel as "Last Night A DJ Saved My Life", with an insistent beat and a propulsive bass pedal, and a sort of chirping funky guitar line, but at a slightly slower tempo. The scratch versions don't actually have scratching on them, but are more like striped down bonus beats. 12-inch, Vinyl record
(In a Sound Of New York sleeve.)
