Not a soundtrack album from Holger Czukay – despite what you might guess from the title – and instead a batch of nicely tuneful, often-catchy tracks that somewhat follow the style of late 70s work from Can! Not surprisingly, Holger's joined by group makes Jaki Liebezeit on drums, and has guest work from Irmin Schmidt and Michael Karoli too – on tracks that are long, but never without a sense of groove – although one that's often a bit complicated, thanks to creative interplay between Czukay's bass and Liebezeit's drums. Titles include "Hollywood Symphony", "Persian Love", "Oh Lord Give Us More Money", and "Cool In The Pool" – which also features "chicken organ" from Reebop Kwaku Baah. (Rock, Out Sound)CD
