A great gospel album on Atlantic! After getting a bad rap from some folks for being only exploitative of the African-American community, Atlantic Records vowed to "give something back", and produced a handful of gospel albums that were clear loss-leaders for the label. And no surprise, with their great talent for handling soul, Atlantic was actually pretty good at cutting gospel – as this obscure album by Myrna Summers will attest.
