A relatively straight score by Schifrin, done for this over-cast mid 70s film that starred everyone from Orson Welles and James Mason down to Katharine Ross and Ben Gazzara! There's a vaugely historical feel to the work, done in an orchestral mode with some slight exotic themes from time to time – but overall the soundtrack's one of Schifrin's least groovy from the 70s. Titles include "House Painter March", "Lament", "Hotel Nacionale", "Tragedy/Time Pulse", and "So Many Things I Wanted To Say". LP, Vinyl record album
Includes tracks by Roxy Music, Damned, Jan Hammer, Jackson Browne, Phil Collins, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Steve Jones, Patti La Belle & Bill Champlin, and Andy Taylor. LP, Vinyl record album
(Cover has bent panels, heavily bent at the bottom left corner, and some light wear and scrapes in back.)
