✨✧ VariousGroove Of ESSR – Funk, Disco, & Jazz From Soviet Estonia ... CD
Funk Embassy (Estonia), 1970s/Early 80s. New Copy ... Out Of Stock
A really ear-opening compilation – one that brings together an insane range of music from Estonia – one of the smaller of the Soviet-era Eastern Bloc nations – and a surprising hotbed of groovy activity! The tunes here are definitely in the funk, disco, and jazz modes promised by the title – but they all often have very unusual approaches to the genres, too – weird ways of coming up with instrumentation, or arranging the rhythms, or laying down the vocals next to some wonderfully jazzy solos – but never in a way that sacrifices the soulful side of the spectrum, as these tunes have plenty of appeal to fans of more familiar West European funk from the time. Vocals are mostly in Estonian – which further makes the tunes sound unique – and titles include "Malestuste Teel" by Eesti Raadio Estraadiorkester, "Rasked Veosed" by Valter Ojakaar, "Keskoo" by Els Himma, "Naed Vaid Oma Silmi" by Tiiu Varik, "Uksi Kuid Vabana" by Marju Kuut, "Mets Neidude Vahel" by Collage, "Marss Eksprompt" by Uno Naissoo, "Leidmine" by Gunnar Graps & Magnetic Band, and "Keskoosamba" by Eesti TV & Raadio Estraadiorkester. Comes with English liner notes too! CD

Cicadelic, 1966. New Copy ... Out Of Stock
A pair of mid 60s Texas rockers – killer cuts by San Antonio's Outcasts – a tight garage ensemble who move with the best of the Sunset Strip – and some more lost gems from SJ & The Crossroads! The best-known track on the set is the Outcasts' classic "I'm In Pittsburgh & It's Raining" – a wicked bluesy rocker – and other tunes follow suit nicely, with titles that include "Smokestack Lightning", "Route 66", "The Price Of Victory", "The Birds", and "Everyday". SJ & The Crossroads cuts include "Breakdown", "Funny Woman", "The Darkest Hour (parts 1 & 2)", and "London Girl". CD

✨✧ Johnny ShinesStanding At The Crossroads (180 gram pressing) ... LP
Testament, 1970. New Copy (reissue)... Out Of Stock
Johnny Shines isn't standing at the crossroads at the same time as Robert Johnson, but he's still sounding pretty darn great here – recording this stripped-down set in Cali in 1970, with just his own guitar alongside his vocals! Shines is maybe best known for his Chicago recordings of the postwar years – but the sound here is in a style that actually goes back farther than that, and recalls the modes that Johnny first used when picking up the guitar in the early 30s – a time in which he also crossed paths with Johnson, given a tribute here in the approach of the record. Titles include "Standing At The Crossroads", "My Rat", "Don't Take A Country Woman", "Kind Hearted Woman", "Baby Sister Blues", and "Drunken Man's Prayer". LP, Vinyl record album

✨✧ Albert AylerNew Grass ... CD
Impulse (Japan), 1968. New Copy ... $18.99
One of the last albums that Albert Ayler ever recorded before his strange and mysterious early death – and one of his most memorable records as well! The record shows Ayler at the crossroads, filled with emotion and meaning, struggling to convey his message to a lager audience. At times, he takes a strange soul/jazz format to do so, and has tracks featuring backing by "the Soul Singers" – at others, he plays solo, with some of the most plaintive tones he ever laid down on wax! The record features an incredibly haunting "Message From Albert", plus the tracks "New Generation", "Sun Watcher", "New Ghosts", and "Free At Last". Completely fascinating, and a record that really makes you wonder what would have happened had he not left the planet so early! CD

Apple, 1968. New Copy 2LP Gatefold (reissue)... $38.99 39.98
The Beatles at their late best – on a self-titled set that's been long immortalized as The White Album! The White Album capped offed a period of intense creativity for the band, with a double set that's as freewheeling as anything they'd ever release. It's got raw rockers with wry lyricism, tender acoustic balladry, psych blues jams and some flat out weird bits. As was always the case, John's and Paul's songs cover the majority of the sides, but The White Album also features what's arguably George's most vital moment as a Beatle with "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Other tracks include "Back InThe USSR", "Dear Prudence","Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da", "Happiness Is A Warm Gun", "Martha My Dear", "Rocky Raccoon", "Why Don't We Do It In The Road", "Julia", "Yer Blues", "Sexy Sadie", "Helter Skelter", "Revolution 1", Good Night" and more. Anagram, 1965. New Copy 2LP Gatefold ... $29.99
Amazing music from Jimmy Giuffre – and a much-needed document of this under-recorded time in his career! The 2CD set brings together two different live performances – each done two years after his groundbreaking Free Fall album for Columbia, and with a sound that's even more far-reaching than that classic set! The Giuffre heard here is extremely free on his reeds – especially clarinet, which is blown at a level that prefaces countless European free jazz work to come – with an incredible range of sounds, colors, and tones. Giuffre also plays tenor – with more bite and soul than ever before – almost at an ESP sort of level – and the accompaniment on both sessions is very loose and free, too – with Joe Chambers on drums on both concerts – working with Richard Davis on bass on a trio set, and with a quartet that includes Don Friedman on piano and Barre Phillips on bass. The whole thing is mindblowing – a chapter of this amazing musician's career that demands to be heard – and stands as even more of a revelation than other Giuffre releases in recent years. Titles include "Cry Want", "Syncopate", "Drive", "Angles", "Quadrangle", "Crossroads", and "Three Bars In One". LP, Vinyl record album
(Limited edition pressing – 180 gram, on vinyl for the first time ever!)

Stan KentonCity Of Glass – Stan Kenton Plays Bob Graettinger ... CD
Capitol, Early 50s. Used ... $8.99
A seminal work in the development of the American jazz avant garde, and one of the most "out" records that Kenton (or Capitol) ever released! The whole album is based around two startling compositions by Robert Graettinger – "This Modern World" and "City Of Glass" – and both are chilling longform works in a distinctly modern idiom. The pieces have been cited often in the development of American avant garde jazz, and they represent a postwar crossroads of ideas that incorporates atonal composition and bop-oriented approaches to instrumentation. Titles include "Thermopylae", "A Trumpet", "Modern Opus", and "City Of Glass". CD

Alexis KornerComplete Warner Brothers Recordings (Bootleg Him/Accidentally Borne In New Orleans) ... CD
Warner/Wounded Bird, Early 70s. New Copy 2CD ... $8.99 19.99
A pair of early 70s albums from the mighty Alexis Korner – back to back in a single set! First up is Bootleg Him – a record with a strange mix of elements on the outside – a confusing title, a proggy-cover image – but one that's got a sound that's a perfect maturation of the fantastic sound of Alexis Korner in the 60s! Korner's one of the overlooked heroes in British music – a strong devotee of American blues, and maybe so much so that sounds more like his inspirations than most – but never in a slavish way, as Alexis is always able to full absorb the sound, and make you feel like it's coming from his own deep soul – and over the years, he really shifted things in these slight, but powerful ways – making his music a huge influence on a big generation of UK rock acts to come. Here, the double-length set is almost a "thanks back" affair – as Korner records with a huge all-star array that includes folks like Robert Plant, Jack Bruce, Charlie Watts, Ginger Baker, Graham Bond, Lol Coxhill, Dick Heckstall-Smith, Ray Warleigh, Harry Beckett, and many more – a fantastic crossroads of all that's hip in British rock, blues, and jazz at the start of the 70s. Titles include "I Got A Woman", "Rockin", "She Foold Me", "I Wonder Who", "Dee", "Love Is Gonna Go", "Clay House Inn", "Evil Hearted Woman", "Mighty Mighty", "Sunrise", and "Hellhound On My Tail". Accidentally Borne In New Orleans (title correct, by the way!) is a record that really has Alexis Korner stretching out from the straighter blues of his 60s material – using his fantastic style on a set of tunes that show as much New Orleans influence as you might guess from the title – but also an evolved British roots rock quality too! The group is very interesting – relatively lean, and with loads of saxophone solos from Mel Collins – the reedman who made some early 70s King Crimson albums so great – plus second guitar from Peter Thorup, who also adds a bit of slide, and makes for a strongly guitar-based groove amidst some of the slightly funky rhythms. Titles include "Gospel Ship", "Lo & Behold", "County Shoes", "Don't Change On Me", "Rock Me", and "Sweet Sympathy". CD

✨✧ Orchestra BaobabSi Bou Odja (180 gram pressing) ... LP
Syllart (France), 1981. New Copy (reissue)... Just Sold Out!
An amazing classic from Orchestra Baobab – one of those records that reminds us why the group were always so different than anyone else! Some of the rhythms are familiar, but the execution is very unique – chopped up at times, so that the grooves are a perfect mix for the angular tenor and alto lines form Issa Cissokho, whose saxophone presence here may well be worth the price of admission alone! But all other aspects are great, too – from the sharp-but-snakey guitar solos of Barthelemy Attiso, to the sonorous vocals of the group – sometimes inflected in more of an east African style, but which maybe also belie the group's roots in the crossroads city of Dakar. Titles include "Autorail", "Sibou Odia", "Sotante Xalat", "Bon Bon I", and "Ndiambaane". LP, Vinyl record album

Larry Rose BandJupiter Effect ... CD
Crossroad/BBE (UK), 1978. New Copy ... $14.99
Larry Rose plays some mighty sweet keyboards on this late 70s set – electric piano, organ, and other keys as well – and also sings a fair bit on the record, in this great blend of jazz, soul, and some tighter modes of the time! The approach is maybe a bit in the territory of jazzy soul – or maybe electric jazz with vocals – and although Larry hails from the US, the whole thing was recorded in Holland – which maybe gives it a bit of a tie to some of the warmer European fusion modes of the period! Production is nice and lean – never too slick or commercial, which means that even some of the more AOR-styled moments come off with a down-home vibe – and all titles are originals by members of the group. Tracks include "Nana", "Blues Are Dyin", "Who Conned The Lady", "Oregon", "Luciana", "The Sand", and "Papa". CD

Savoy, Late 40s/Early 50s. Used ... $19.99
A great collection of early work by tenor giant Hal Singer – a wonderful player who recorded for Savoy during the late 40s and early 50s, and whose work was a key part of the shift from swing-based tenor work to R&B. The set brings together 16 tracks that were only ever issued on 78s – and which really haven't been reissued properly since this mid 80s album – complete with great notes and session information. Sir Douglas QuintetMendocino ... LP
Smash, 1969. Very Good+ ... $34.99
One of the very best rock albums of the late 60s from overlooked genius Doug Sahm and his Sir Douglas Quartet – a brilliant hybrid of the laconic country and rural rock ragged glory that was piping through so many under appreciated groups at the time (and went on to be bastardized by crap factories like The Eagles) and classical Spanish and Mexican folk guitar playing. Sahm plays fiddle, guitar, pedal steel and just about anything with strings, along with the amazing Augie Meyers (who you may remember from the beautiful organ work he contributed to Bob Dylan's late masterpieces Time Out Of Mind and Love And Theft) and others. Beautiful stuff! Includes "Mendocino", "I Don't Want", "I Wanna Be Your Mama Again", "At The Crossroads", "Lawd, I'm Just A Country Boy In This Great Big Freaky City", "She's About A Mover" and more. Pat ThomasDid It – From Yippie To Yuppie – Jerry Rubin An American Revolutionary (hardcover) ... Book
Fantagraphics, 2017. New Copy ... $8.99 49.99
A surprisingly beautiful book on the famous 60s radical Jerry Rubin – one that's not only the first-ever look at the man's life, politics, and influence – but one that's also presented in a lavishly visual style that really conveys the crossroads of art and ideas of which Rubin was a key part! The book is even better than Pat Thomas' previous book, Listen Whitey – and has the same heavily visual feel as that one – as words from Rubin and his contemporaries are mixed with larger historical information, an incredible amount of cultural sidebars – and hundreds of fantastic images from the 60s onwards. Rubin's known as one of the founding fathers of the yippies – the Youth International Party, which gave political focus to the freedoms of hippies, and was a key part of the protests in Chicago in 1968. But the man's also had a much larger, even more colorful life – and this book really gets at all of that, and then some – one of those rare cases where you pick up a book on someone, and actually find yourself far more illuminated than before – both in terms of the subject, and their larger cultural role. 253 very vivid pages, hardcover, and done in the best Fantagraphics style. And while we've loved Spinna's remix work on countless singles over the years, we're even happier to hear it all in one place like this – in a nicely overstuffed collection that has so many great Spinna touches, it could well be a Spinna album on its own – especially since the DJ always has such a warmly collaborative relationship with so many different artists. Bongo Joe (UK), 1970s/1980s. New Copy ... $19.99
Lively grooves from the islands of Sao Tome and Principe – two nations located in the gulf of Guinea – at a unique crossroads that makes for a really wonderful criss-crossing of styles and sounds! The nations are part of the older Portuguese colonial network, and share some sounds with the scene in Cameroon – but also bring in West African styles and some tropical elements from the other side of the Atlantic too – all wrapped together in the puxa style of the islands! The tunes are mostly lively, upbeat, and have strong basslines peppered with deft work on guitar – a mixture of merengue, Afro-Cuban, and highlife modes – but given a really unique spin as well, with qualities that are filled with joy and life on nearly every number. Titles include "Mado" and "Meu Di Ploco" by Conjunto Equador, "Mino Bo Be Quacueda" and "Aninha" by Africa Negra, "Corticao" and "Sun Male" by Sangazua, "Nga Ba Compensadora" by Pedro Lima, "Piquina Piquina" by Os Untues, "Tola Muandgi" by Sum Alvarinho, and "Taji Ocedo" by Conjunto Mindelo. Trama (Brazil), 2005. Used ... $1.99
A wonderful overview of the rich strands of music that have been coming out of Brazil's Pernambuco region in recent years – a brilliant criss-crossing of styles that's some of the freshest new work we've heard in a while! Pernambuco is somewhat free from the confines of the bigger cities, and is a virtual crossroads of cultures in the north of Brazil – a place where older rhythms and instrumentation come into play with styles borrowed from Europe and Africa – not just old and acoustic, but new and electronic as well! Tracks on the set are highly rhythmic and extremely striking – rootsy one minute, but freshly modern the next. And although a few names here will be familiar to those interested in modern Brazilian music, there's some even more surprising lesser-known artists on the set! Titles include "Anum Azul" by Isaar, "Cordao De Prata" by Selma Do Coco, "Balao Azul" by Banda De Pifanos De Caruaru, "Poneteio Acutilado" by Antonio Nobrega, "Anjos Do Asfalto" by Otto, "Trancelim De Marfim" by DJ Dolores, "Blunt Of Judah" by Nacao Zumbi, "Fuloresta Do Samba" by Siba, "A Ponte" by Lenine, "A Missa" by Mombojo, and "Alice Williams" by Mundo Livra SA. Polydor, 1976. Very Good+ ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
One of Roy Ayers' biggest albums ever – and also one of his deepest, too! The whole thing's an incredible album of mellow jazzy soul – and it shows Roy at the crossroads, perfecting his earlier funk style with a sweet mellow R&B edge, getting a bit slicker, but still staying on the righteous path, and opening up a whole new bag in soul music. There's a wonderful electric vibe running through the record – not just from Roy's vibes, but from the Fender Rhodes and Arp work by Phillip Woo – and the amazing energy of the rest of the group too. Features the landmark title cut – "Everybody Loves The Sunshine", one of those tunes that becomes more and more of a classic each year – plus spiritual numbers like "Third Eye" , "Keep on Walking", and "The Golden Rod". Very righteous, and with a cool dope jazzy groove! LP, Vinyl record album

This is hard-hitting funky James – from the badass cover right down to the extended tracks on the record, which point the way towards the hard live jamming of the classic Payback years! Everything wonderful is in place on the set – from the band's grooves at the bottom to James' on-fire vocals on the top – heard beautifully on the extended 10 minute version of the title cut "Super Bad" – which rolls through parts 1, 2, and 3 of the song! The album also includes another 10 minute funky cut – "Giving Out of Juice" – plus the classic "A Man Has to Go Back to the Crossroads", and three mellower ballads, but even they end up sounding kind of hip! Cadet, 1968. Very Good ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
One of our favorite Ramsey Lewis albums of all time – an incredible reworking of tunes by The Beatles, done in collaboration with Cadet Records studio maestro Charles Stepney – who brings in some amazing arrangements and production styles to the record! The tunes are familiar, but the versions here definitely aren't – as Stepney really pulls them apart and puts them back together with a great range of new elements – sometimes a bit of electronics, sometimes funky drums, and often the kind of deep-bottomed, Chicago soul-styled grooves that Chess/Cadet was hooking up to its best players in the late 60s. Ramsey plays both acoustic and electric piano, and the album is easily one of his (and Stepney's) most brilliant moments in the studio! Titles include "Back In USSR", "Julia", "Sexy Sadie", "Dear Prudence", and "Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except For Me & My Monkey". Funky, spacey, and totally great! LP, Vinyl record album

✨✧ VariousSingapore Nuggets – The Ladies ... LP
Akenaton (Egypt), Late 60s/Early 70s. New Copy ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
Rare sounds from the Singapore scene – music created after the nation gained its independence in the mid 60s – at a time when its role as a south Asian crossroads was even greater than ever! There's certainly rock influences from the west – lots of electric guitar on many of these tracks – but the vocals also bear much more of a regional vibe, both in the way the female singers inflect the lyrics, and in the way the non-English tunes on the set seem to have a very different sound than mainstream rock! The set features a few English tunes, too – and titles include "Happy Lunar New Year" by Linda Yong & The Silvertones, "You Are My Happiness" by Violet Tang & The Saints, "Bad Loser" by Naomi & The Boys, "Come On To My House" by Sakura, "Mimi Cat" by Chew Yan & The Stylers, "Tell Me If It's True" by Evey Lyn & The Siglap Five, and "Walking In The Sunshine" by Shang Guan Su Shen. ✨✧ Patrick McLeanOne Heart One Beat ... CD
Expansion (UK), 2020. New Copy ... Out Of Stock
You may not know Patrick McLean by name, but he's got a strong legacy in the UK soul scene – which includes important work as part of Hi-Tension and the Brit Funk Association – both groups whose sound informs the grooves on this set! Patrick handles lead vocals on the set – and also blows alto, tenor, and soprano sax – in a warmly jazzy lineup that's filled with classic touches, and the kind of bubbling groove that Bluey might have brought to an Incognito project years back! The instrumentation is on the best side of the sophisticated soul spectrum, but also is very warm and down to earth – and titles include "One Heart One Beat", "There's A Reason", "One Day My Baby", "Release Their Soul", "Meet Me At The Crossroads", and "Go Right On". ✨✧ VariousDave Godin's Deep Soul Treasures Vol 5 ... CD
Kent (UK), Late 60s/Early 70s. New Copy ... Out Of Stock
A long-overdue entry in this amazing series – a set of music that's gone on to be a genre unto itself, and which stands as a tribute to the song-picking genius of the great Dave Godin! The music here is a really special breed of soul – sounds that start out in the heart-worn style of southern work of the 60s, but which also expand to encompass other modes of very expressive singers – music that definitely lives up to the "deep" in the deep soul title! Godin's been gone from the planet for a number of years, but the set list is based on suggestions he had when compiling the earlier versions of the famous series – and Dave lives again in the notes, which include an interview with the soul music expert by Jon Savage. But even without the words, the music is more than enough – on titles that include "Without Love" by Ronnie Taylor, "Where Is The Party" by Helena Ferguson, "Dead" by Carolyn Sullivan, "Who Knows" by Soul City, "I Will" by Lattimore Brown, "Right Here Is Where You Belong" by Jerry Washington, "Can't Last Much Longer" by Betty Harris, "Standing At The Crossroads" by Eddie & Ernie, "What Can I Do Without You" by Linda Jones, "It's Too Late For Tears" by Rene Bailey, and "All I Want Is You" by Zilla Mayes. ✨✧ VariousKenya Special – Selected East African Recordings From The 70s & 80s (3LPs & bonus 7" single) ... LP
Soundway (UK), 1970s/1980s. New Copy 3 LP & 7 Inch ... Out Of Stock
A much-needed look at the massive amount of music recorded in Kenya during the 70s and 80s – an incredibly fertile time for local culture in the nation – and a time when it seemed like there was a great new groove coming out nearly every day! The work here really rivals the best of the classic Soundway compilations – especially their strong surveys of Ghana and Nigeria, with an ear for grooves that go way beyond the usual mainstream sounds of world music! There's more than enough grit and funk here to please any fan of American funk and soul – but the sounds also go way way deeper, too – and echo not only a long Kenyan cultural heritage, but also reflect the unique place the nation had at the crossroads of East Africa – a site that often made the scene especially vibrant in these years. The presentation is superb – with detailed notes and wonderful imagery that includes vintage label scans – and titles include "Mu Africa" by The Rift Valley Brothers, "Wendo Ti Mbia" by Gatanga Boys Band, "Ware Wa" by The Loi Toki Tok, "Sweet Sweet Mbombo" by Orchestre Baba National, "Cha Umheja" by Afro 70, "See Serere" by Sophia Ben & The Eagles Lupopo, "Mutumia Muriu" by The Lulus Band, "Nzaumi" by Ndalani 77 Brothers, "Teresia" by Huruma Boys Band, and "Week End" by Afro 70. ✨✧ VariousLa Locura De Machuca 1975 to 1980 ... CD
Discos Machuca/Analog Africa (Germany), Late 70s. New Copy ... Out Of Stock
The amazing legacy of a tiny Colombian record label – a small imprint, but a groundbreaking one as well – with a rich variety of sounds that you'll hear on this really wonderful collection! Discos Machuca was based in Barranquilla, a real crossroads of cultures, sounds, and styles – and the label balanced both conventional styles like vallenato and cumbia with more experimental, psychedelic productions – including localized variations on 70s African styles that really sound amazing! There's so much going on in this music – from offbeat instrumentation to very unusual production styles – often these weird little touches that can abstract the electric elements in the music while keeping the acoustic bits straight on the groove – with a mixture of both modes often influencing the vocals. Analog Africa really knock it out of the park with this one – and not only give us these sounds that we'd never hear otherwise, but also present the very vivid history of the label – in a huge package of tracks that includes "Monkey's Dance" by King Somalie, "Mosquita Muerta" by La Francachela, "Ayu" by Rito Latino, "Tamba" by El Grupo Folclorico, "Te Clavo La Mano" by La Banda Africana, "Wabali" by Conjunto Barbacoa, "A Otra Perro Con Ese Hueso" by El Grupo D'Abelard, "Caracol" by Grupo Bola Roja, "El Platano" by Myrian Makenwa, and "Long Live Africa" by Samba Negra. ✨✧ VariousJamiila – Songs From A Somali City ... LP
Original Music/Take It Acid Is, 1987. New Copy (reissue)... Out Of Stock
A set of recordings made in the Somali city of Baraawe, which is a bit south of Mogadishu – all done in the late 80s, but with a quality that sounds far more timeless and ancient! The instrumentation is all acoustic – mostly vocals and a single stringed instrument – used in ways that reflect the Somali crossroads of Islamic styles and some other North African modes, but with an other-worldly vibe that's all its own! Imagine some of the more familiar Ethiopian styles of the time, but stripped-down to their core, and recorded in a much rootsier style – and you'll get part of the idea of this set. A few tunes use organ, but in this thin, almost reed-like way – and titles include "Muumina", "Ma Korto", "Laac", "Dakhtar", "Jamiila", and "Siina Miiri". LP, Vinyl record album

✨✧ VariousNight Train To Nashville Vol 2 – Music City Rhythm & Blues 1945 to 1970 ... CD
Lost Highway, Late 40s/1950s/1960s. Used 2 CDs ... Out Of Stock
A great little follow-up to the first Night Train To Nashville set – and like that one, a great collection of R&B and soul from the Nashville scene of the postwar years! Nashville's certainly better known as a source for country music, but the city's location at the crossroads of the south, along with its top-level recording facilities, also made it a key site for soul and blues at one time. And while the Nashville sound isn't as unified as that of Memphis or Muscle Shoals, that also makes for a good deal of variety on the set – especially given that the tracks included span a period of 25 years. 2CD set features a total of 38 tracks that include "Boogie Woogie Jockey" by Jimmy Sweeney, "31 E Blues" by Billie McAllister, "I'm Coming Home" by The Neptunes, "She Can Rock" by Little Ike, "OK So What" by Freddie North, "You Better Change" by Hal & Jean, "Don't Pity Me" by Herbert Hunter, "Next To Me" by Clyde McPhatter, "Soldier Of Love" by Arthur Alexander, "Don't You Forget That You're My Baby" by The Spidells, "Screamin & Shoutin" by The Fabulettes, "You Keep Me Hangin On" by Joe Simon, and "Right On Time" by Jimmy Church. CD
(Out of print, BMG music club pressing.)
