Led ZeppelinHouses Of The Holy ... LP
Atlantic, 1973. Very Good Gatefold ... $19.99
Led Zeppelin at peak power – mixing hard rock bombast with deep, genuine love for blues and folk guitars! Houses Of The Holy is the essential the blueprint for countless imitators to come – but it's also got smarts, subtleties and creative ambitious that's just plain lost on the watered wannabes that floated up in Zeppelin's wake. Titles include "The Crunge", "Over The Hills & Far Away", "The Song Remains The Same", "The Rain Song", "Dancing Days", "Dyer Maker", "No Quarter", and "The Ocean". LP, Vinyl record album
(Red and green Rockefeller label pressing SD 19130. Includes the heavy inner sleeve. Cover has light wear.)

✨✧ Led ZeppelinIn Through The Out Door ... LP
Swan Song/Atlantic, 1979. Very Good+ ... $19.99
Led Zeppelin's final album of the 70s – a record that really has them stretching out and trying on some new ideas, yet still holding onto all their genius in the process! Sure, the album's maybe not as iconic as the first few – but from the perspective of decades later, it's a killer – and still blows away just about all the competition – with that Plant/Page magic that still comes through brilliantly, no matter what the setting. There's a few unusual twists and turns – a bit of Latin here, a slight keyboard there – but overall the main focus is still on the lead duo, getting plenty of heavy drums to keep things moving. Titles include the hits "Fool In The Rain" and "All My Love" – plus "In The Evening", "South Bound Suarez", "Carouselambra", and "I'm Gonna Crawl". LP, Vinyl record album
(In cover variant "F", including the inner sleeve.)

Led ZeppelinLed Zeppelin II ... LP
Atlantic, 1969. Very Good- Gatefold ... $19.99
One of the most supremely classic of all classic hard rock albums! As huge as the debut was, Led Zeppelin II is the record that proved that the group were going to be in it for the long haul – with a righteous raw power that's still being felt all these many decades later! Nobody else could touch this one – and the album is filled with iconic cuts that include "Whole Lotta Love", "Ramble On", and"Heartbreaker" – plus the ridiculous Bonzo showcase "Moby Dick", and "Bring It On Home". LP, Vinyl record album
(Red & green Rockefeller pressing, SD 19127. Cover has some ring & edge wear, some staining and waviness from moisture in the top corner and center splits on the top and bottom seams.)

✨✧ Led ZeppelinLed Zeppelin IV ... LP
Atlantic, 1971. Very Good+ Gatefold ... Just Sold Out!
Hard rock perfected! It's around Led Zeppelin IV that you can easily say that the group moved up from being incredibly great to flat-out legendary – really in a class by themselves, although maybe they'd already reached that point with the sublime sounds of the previous three records! There's a darkness here – and a sense of magick too – an eerie new energy that still has all the balls-out rock power of before, but which has the group moving into this heady territory that's really all their own. Every song is a classic – and tracks include "Black Dog", "Stairway To Heaven", "Rock And Roll", "Misty Mountain Hop", "When The Levee Breaks", "Going To California", "Four Sticks", and "Battle Of Evermore". LP, Vinyl record album
(US pressing with Rockefeller address, SD 7208. Includes the printed inner sleeve.)

Led ZeppelinPhysical Graffiti ... LP
Swan Song/Atlantic, 1975. Very Good+ 2LP ... $39.99
Led Zeppelin at their most sprawling – in both ambition and in the pacing – on the gargantuan Physical Graffiti! This is the album where they started bringing some odd synth textures to the sound, and it's to Zeppelin's eternal credit that this doesn't compromise their blues-reverent hard rock one bit! There's no better Zeppelin album when it comes to giving the fans what they want, while chasing the band's adventurous muses at the same time. Includes the classics "Kashmir", "Custard Pie", "Houses Of The Holy", "In The Light", "Ten Years Gone", "Boogie With Stu", "Sick Again" and more. LP, Vinyl record album
(80s Mexican pressing in a standard cover, including the insert. Cover has some tape remnants at the opening.)

✨✧ Led ZeppelinComplete BBC Sessions (5LP set – 180 gram pressing) ... LP
Atlantic, Late 60s/Early 70s. Near Mint- 5LP Box Set ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
A massive collection of genius from Led Zeppelin – and material that has gone onto become a crucial part of their all-too-small catalog over the years! The work here was all recorded for the BBC in the years 1969 through 1971 – offering up a much wider picture of the group during these formative years, handled by some top-shelf production – which makes these tracks way better than some of the bootlegs and demos that fans had to rely on before these sides hit the record racks. And while some of this material has been out before, this huge package features the full sessions – along with 8 tracks that have never been issued before – all produced and remastered with supervision from Jimmy Page. Titles include "Immigrant Song", "Sunshine Woman", "I Can't Quit You Baby", "Communication Breakdown", "White Summer", "What Is & What Should Never Be", "Traveling Riverside Blues", "You Shook Me", "How Many More Times", "Heartbreaker", "The Girl I Love She Got Long Black Wavy Hair", "How Many More Times", and a very cool medley that lays some other tracks into "Whole Lotta Love". ✨✧ Led ZeppelinLed Zeppelin III ... LP
Atlantic, 1970. Very Good Gatefold ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
The third in Led Zeppelin's spectacular run of early albums – each one either matching or topping its predecessor, depending on one's personal favorite – and a record with an influence that's as massive as the sound! The record's got a pair of of Zep's best-remembered songs in "Immigrant Song" and their take on the traditional "Gallows Pole", but the whole thing is great – and a great balance of their earlier bombast with a lot more acoustic moments. Other tracks include "Friends", "Celebration Day", "Tangerine" and "Hats Off (To Roy Harper)". LP, Vinyl record album
(US pressing with SD 7201 catalog number & Rockefeller addressin the the die-cut revolving image cover.)

Swan Song/Atlantic, 1976. Very Good+ 2LP Gatefold ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
Arguably one of the greatest double-live albums of the classic rock generation – filled with extra long takes of Led Zep classics, most of which diverge very strongly from their studio versions! The real highlight here is the set's classic "Moby Dick", which features one of the greatest drum solos ever set to wax – but other tunes include "Rain Song", "Whole Lotta Love", "Stairway To Heaven", "No Quarter", and "Dazed & Confused". LP, Vinyl record album

✨✧ Led ZeppelinLed Zeppelin ... LP
Atlantic, 1969. Very Good- ... Out Of Stock
One of the most monumental debuts in rock history – a record that hit the world like a led zeppelin, and left an impression for years to come! Led Zeppelin pretty much took over rock right from the beginning – which isn't too surprising, given that Jimmy Page had an in-demand guitar heavy for years already – but the power of this debut is still astonishing after all these years – a blistering blend of bluesy roots, psych fuzz, and razor-sharp instrumental dexterity! The whole thing's a gem – and titles include "Good Times Bad Times", "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" "You Shook Me", "Dazed And Confused", "Your Time Is Gonna Come", "Black Mountain Side", and "I Can't Quit You Baby". LP, Vinyl record album
(Red & green Broadway label pressing SD 8216. Cover has some ring & edge wear and a small center split on the bottom seam.)

PlusNo Pisar (with bonus 7 inch) ... LP
Svart (Finland), 1976. New Copy (reissue)... $26.99
Not the funky European group of the same name from the 70s – but an even more obscure hard rock quartet from Buenos Aires – and one who perform here with a non-stop sound that's completely wonderful! These guys have clearly drunk deep of the Anglo world of hard rock – particularly the style that was first influenced by blues rock, but soon took the approach into longer-form, freakier and fuzzier modes – definitely the case here with all the album's wonderful guitar solos – driven by heavy drums, and topped by some searing vocals. There's definitely a Led Zeppelin vibe, but lots more going on too – and titles include "La Chance Sutil", "Hablan De Tiempos Mejores", "Tomame Como Soy", "Zapada Final", and "El Mago Del Tiempo". LP, Vinyl record album
(Limited edition of 500! Features a bonus single – with "Mil Opciones" and "Hoy Te Preguntaras".)

Terry ReidRiver ... CD
Atlantic/Water, 1973. Used ... $8.99
One of the greatest albums ever from the oft-overlooked Terry Reid – a man who turned down an initial offer to be the lead singer of Led Zeppelin, but went on to record some great albums on his own! The album was Terry's first away from producer Mickie Most – and it's got a much more American vibe than previous efforts – with some nice rootsy touches on guitars (including steel and slide) from the great David Lindley, which really work perfectly with Reid's compellingly raspy vocals – and some slightly funky elements on the bass and drums! Willie Bobo makes a surprising appearance on the title cut "River" – which almost has a Chicano rock groove at times – and other titles include "Dean", "Avenue", "Things To Try", "Live Life", "Dream" and "Milestone". CD

✨✧ Tony McPhee & FriendsMe & The Devil/I Asked For Water She Gave Me Gasoline ... CD
Liberty/BGO (UK), 1968/1969. New Copy 2CD ... Out Of Stock
Two early solo albums from Tony McPhee – one of which is more of a mixed group affair overall! First up is Me & The Devil – fantastic acoustic blues from Tony McPhee – maybe best known as a member of The Groundhogs, but working here in a looser, more stripped-down mode – acoustic guitar, harmonica, and spare rhythms – all of which give Tony plenty of space to stretch out in the lead! As with Alexis Korner during the end of the 60s, McPhee's clearly influenced by older American blues, but is turning the phrasing towards a mode that would be picked up and shifted in just a year or two by bigger groups in the rock world – a Swan Song legacy that includes Led Zeppelin and Bad Company. Yet in in the all-acoustic, very rootsy sound here the approach is very different – and the record also features some equally bluesy vocals by a young Jo-Ann Kelly! Titles include "Elevator Woman", "Duckin & Dodgin", "Same Thing On My Mind", "Broke Down Engine", "Buy You A Diamond Ring", and "You Better Mind". I Asked For Water is a very cool collection of bluesier work from the UK underground at the end of the 60s – a set put together by Tony TS McPhee of The Groundhogs – with work by that group, Brett Marvin & The Thunderbolts, and the Andy Fernbach Connexion – working in different settings, and with other tracks that feature vocals by Jo-Ann Kelly, who you might know from later soul fame – as well as John Lewis, Jim Pitts, and Graham Hines. Yet all work is in a country blues mode – but with phrasing that really points the way towards near-immediate rock transformations of such a sound – on titles that include "Oh Death", "Dust My Blues", "Built My Hopes Too High", "Nervous", "Boogie Woman", and "I'm So Tired".
