✨✧ Fleetwood MacFleetwood Mac (1968) (US pressing) ... LP
Epic, 1973. Very Good ... Just Sold Out!
Some of the earliest work ever recorded by Fleetwood Mac – and a set that you'll find quite different than their smooth crossover hits of the mid 70s! This set has the group in raw, bluesy territory throughout – but already not being slavish to their Chicago inspirations – and instead stepping out with the young Peter Green already making a name for himself as one of the most unique new talents on guitar – in a lineup that also features Jeremy Spencer on slide guitar and piano, John McVie on bass, and Mick Fleetwood on drums. Green also blows a bit of harmonica – on titles that include "Long Grey Mare", "Hellhound On My Trail", "Looking For Somebody", "Got To Move", "My Baby's Good To Me", and "No Place To Go". LP, Vinyl record album
(Yellow label stereo pressing with 1B/1E matrix. Cover has light wear.)

Fleetwood MacFleetwood Mac (1975) ... LP
Reprise, 1975. Very Good+ ... $49.99
The album that brought the excellent, but heretofore underappreciated duo of Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks into the band – and pretty much changed the fabric of 70s rock! Older fans of the Peter Green and Bob Welch Brit blues eras of Fleetwood Mac may have been in for a shock initially, but this really is one of the best unpretentious pop rock albums of the 70s – they didn't get as hugely popular as they did by luck – the songs, energy and chemistry are really perfect. We may even love this one more than Rumours, especially the deeper cuts that haven't been overplayed over the years. Includes "Monday Morning", "Blue Letter, "Rhiannon", "Say You Love Me", "Warm Ways", "Over My Head", "I'm So Afraid" and more. LP, Vinyl record album
(Original pressing with Kendun stamp, in the textured cover, including lyric insert! Cover has light surface wear.)

✨✧ Fleetwood MacRumours ... LP
Warner, 1977. Very Good ... $29.99
One of the most classic albums of the 70s – a never-ending hit that's continued to inspire generations! Back in the early years of punk, we were thinking that Rumours was a record that would pass by quickly – but it turns out to have a fair bit more staying power than Never Mind The Bollocks – and continues to get new interest and new appreciation as the years go on! And, after decades, we're finally on board with the greatness of the record, and everything the group was going through, and put into the songs within – a classic lineup that includes "Dreams", "Don't Stop", "Never Going Back Again", "Go Your Own Way", "The Chain", "You Make Loving Fun", "Oh Daddy", and "Gold Dust Woman". LP, Vinyl record album
(Original Burbank label pressing in the textured cover, includes the insert. Cover has light wear.)

Overblown for its time, and almost crushed under its own weight – but a record that's lasted surprisingly well over the years! Titles include "Sara", "Tusk", "Walk A Thin Line", "That's Enough For Me", "Brown Eyes", "Save Me A Place", and "What Makes You Think You're The One". LP, Vinyl record album
(Includes all inner sleeves. Cover has some heavier wear along the opening edge, but the rest is great.)

✨✧ Fleetwood MacPious Bird Of Good Omen ... CD
Columbia, 1969. Used ... Out Of Stock
The pious bird of good omen might well be the track "Albatross" here – nestled in the middle of the record, and a key sign that Fleetwood Mac were ready to break from their roots! But this is no heavy bird hanging around the group's neck – as the groundbreaking instrumental really set them free from their straight blues rock expressions, and is mixed here with a great range of material that really shows Peter Green and the group ready to take on the 70s. If you loved Green's blues guitar work on other records, don't worry – there's still plenty of it here – but the range of songs is great, and in addition to the amazing "Albatross", other tunes include the fantastic original version of "Black Magic Woman", plus "The Big Boat", "Rambling Pony", "Just The Blues", "Looking For Somebody", "Stop Messin Round", "The Sun Is Shining", "I Believe My Time Ain't Long", and "Coming Home". ✨✧ Fleetwood MacMr Wonderful ... LP
Blue Horizon/Fat Possum, 1968. New Copy (reissue)... Out Of Stock
The cover image may look a bit sinister, but the album's a perfect early example of the genius of Fleetwood Mac during their heavy blues years – a non-nonsense approach to the music that still manages to move the whole genre forward from the styles of the mod generation! The legendary Peter Green is in amazing form on guitar – maybe not as experimental as on records to come, but already able to challenge his inspirations with razor-sharp dexterity and a real sense of feeling. The rest of the group features Mick Fleetwood on drums, John McVie on bass, and Jeremy Spencer on slide guitar and piano – and titles include the originals "Stop Messin Around", "Rollin Man", "Love That Burns", "Evenin Boogie", "Trying So Hard To Forget", and "Coming Home". Peter GreenEnd Of The Game ... LP
Reprise, 1970. Very Good+ ... $54.99
A really fantastic solo album from guitar genius Peter Green – recorded right after he'd departed Fleetwood Mac, the band he helped found – and done in a freewheeling trippy style that's unlike anything recorded by that other group! Green's guitar is still unbelievably strong, but cast here as much in psychedelic modes as bluesy ones – and set up in this all-instrumental lineup that features Zoot Money on piano, Godfrey Maclean on percussion, Alex Dmochowski on bass, and Nick Buck on electric piano and organ! The album is very experimental – long instrumental tracks with lots of creative twists and turns – and titles include "Descending Scale", "The End Of The Game", "Burnt Foot", "Hidden Depth", and "Bottoms Up". LP, Vinyl record album
(UK pressing, RSLP 9006, in a fully laminated cover, with some gloss separation at spine and on the corner bend up top. Vinyl has a pressing flaw that makes a short click during "Bottoms Up", but the rest is great!)
