✨✧ REMBest Of REM At The BBC (2CD version) ... CD
Craft, 1980s/1990s/Early 2000s. Used 2CD ... Temporarily Out Of Stock
A really big selection of rare material by REM – all recorded for the BBC in the UK, with a presentation that makes the whole thing way more than just a batch of live remakes! Even in the days when most other TV was just having artists lip synch to their hits, the BBC was allowing bands to perform in a truly live style – often encouraging them to give the audience something different – as REM does throughout this set. The "best of" version is half "live in studio" sides, and half live recordings broadcast by BBC – and titles include "Country Feedback", "Bad Day/Orange Crush", "Man On The Moon/Imitation Of Life", "Supernatural Superserious", "Lotus/At My Most Beautiful", "Driver 8/Radio Free Europe", "Losing My Religion/Man On The Moon", "Everybody Hurts/It's The End Of The World", and "What's The Frequency Kenneth/Crush With Eyeliner/Drive/Half A World Away/Pop Song 89". CD
(Still sealed with the hype sticker.)
