Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible.
When you purchase a Used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use but if there are significant details or
defects we will list them underneath the item — just like we do with LPs —
so look there for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details.
All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly —
and if it does not, then you may return it for a full refund.

A well-done selection of work by some of the biggest singers in Indian film – put together by the folks at Rough Guide, who literally wrote the book on world music! The selection features mostly more recent numbers – but the sound is solid, and there's a timeless quality to the work ... CD
Hardly a pirate album at all – and instead one of the first big global moments of fame for the mighty Orchestra Baobob – a Senegalese combo who'd really been honing their craft during the 70s! The album has the group working with all the soulful currents of their early work – and ... CD
A cliche-breaking compilation of recent work in a Turkish vein – either tracks recorded from current underground artists working in Turkey, or other global musicians who either have Turkish roots, or strong Turkish inspiration! And although the music is from a wide variety of sources, there's ... CD
This is the kind of record we started the Global Grooves section for! This one moves way past most of the other ethnic beats compilations we've stocked – to include a truly global blend of tracks that run through current Brazilian pop to British colonialist remixes to heavy dubby reggae and ... CD
A landmark recording – Albert Ayler's first album for the ESP label, and a record that hit the jazz world like a bullet! Spiritual Unity sets the stage for a format that would become huge in the European avant scene of the 70s, 80s, 90s, and even today – the sax-driven power-trio, ... CD
