This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
The a-side's not much to write home about – but the b-side's a great one, and one of the best later soul tracks from Barbara Mason! "She's Got The Papers" is a much later entry in the Shirley Brown/Barbara Mason song cycle started way back at the beginning of the 70s – that ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
2 excellent bicentennial grooves from Salsoul, both pumped up nicely in the mix by Tom Moulton. Double Exposure's "My Love Is Free" combines equal parts harmony soul with an uplifting mid 70s Philly club vibe, while Salsoul's "It Don't Have To Be Funky To Be A Groove" is a ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
2 sides of work by this oft-overlooked late Chicago soul group! "Touch Of Funk" is a pretty nice bass-heavy dancefloor track, but the real gem here is "Share My Love" – a sublime harmony soul ballad, and the kind of track that rivals the best of the New Jersey vocal group ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
A Chicago house classic, taking off on the riff from the Isaac Hayes tune that's been re-edited and mixed as doubles in clubs for ages and turning it into a new club anthem! 12-inch, Vinyl record
One of Leon's nicer later numbers – a bumping little roller skate groove with some tasty bass at the bottom! The tune snaps along in really catchy way – sliding with Leon's smooth vocals nicely nestled in the mix! 12-inch, Vinyl record
2 great modern soul numbers with sophisticated production courtesy Webster Lewis, but enough energy to in the bass heavy mixes for any dancefloor! 12-inch, Vinyl record
