Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible.
When you purchase a Used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use but if there are significant details or
defects we will list them underneath the item — just like we do with LPs —
so look there for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details.
All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly —
and if it does not, then you may return it for a full refund.

A set done in the spirit of Etta James, but with a vibe that's definitely Leela James all the way through! There's definitely a rasp to the album that echoes the spirit of James' generation – enforced by a crispy sound of a stylus hitting a record at the start of the CD – but the ... CD
Great single from our favorite Japanese singer! The cut's got a great rolling jazzy groove, with a deep bassline, nicely plucked guitar lines, and soulful vocals from Monday. As usual, the lyrics are in English, and the writing has a very positive vibe to it. There's 3 mixes on the single, ... CD
A groovy groovy large group of singers – one whose name makes them sound somewhat hokey, but who come across great on this early Columbia album! The Doodletown Pipers are a mixed ensemble of male and female singers – working in pop vocal territory first covered back in the 50s (in some ... CD
Carmen McRae gets some very groovy backing here from British maestro Johnny Keating – who helps her find a whole new sound through his wonderful arrangements on the set! The overall sound is relatively mellow, but still pretty great – all adult, and filled with unusual instrumental ... CD
Some of Anita O'Day's earliest work for Verve Records – an album that features a number of different groups, all of them great! One features Ralph Burns on piano and arrangements, leading a septet that includes Bill Harris, Cecil Payne, and Roy Eldridge – on the tracks "Rock N ... CD
