Harvest Moon

LP (Item 887736) Reprise, 1992 — Condition: Sealed
2LP Gatefold
Neil Young in largely acoustic mode after the louder, noisier Ragged Glory and subsequent tours in the preceding couple of years – and whether or not you'd considerate this an official sequel to the classic Harvest album, it's really a welcome return to a timeless folk rock sound and filled with some of his best songs in decades! Studio legends and Harvest veterans Jack Nitzsche, Kenney Buttrey, Tim Drummond, and even superstars like James Taylor and Linda Ronstadt return to chip in, but there's nothing showy or "all star" about it, it's all warmth and subtle beauty. Includes "Unknown Legend", "From Hank To Hendrix", "You And Me", "Harvest Moon", "War Of Man", "One Of These Days", "Dreamin' Man", "Natural Beauty" and more.  © 1996-2025, Dusty Groove, Inc.
(2017 reissue, still sealed. Shrink has a tiny open spot.)

Sealed

This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap. We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time, we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape — which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played, the record will still qualify as "Sealed".

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
