This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Still the Atlanta duo's high water mark – and yes, we did love Stankonia. Relentless hype, Grammys, and the Village Voice be damned! Tracks include "Rosa Parks", "Skew It On The Bar-B" featuring Raekwon, "Aquemini", "Synthesizer" featuring George ... LP, Vinyl record album
A split LP between Mark the 45 King and Louie Vega, with some rhymes by Lakim Shabazz, Apache and Ron Delite. 5 tracks produced by the 45 King: "Rhythmical Beatdown", "Feel The Madness", "hazardous To Your Health", "Deadly & Dangerous" and "Smooth ... LP, Vinyl record album
This is the Slums' biggest outing so far without the full participation of Jay Dee – but never fear, Jay shows up here on a few tracks, and you also get beats by Hi Tek and others. The tracks are mostly on the short side, moving the flow along at a consistent clip – and the beats are ... LP, Vinyl record album
Features production by Jake One, J Zone, Dan The Automator, Dante Ross and the Hieroglyphics! Tracks include "Say That Then", "Rap Game", "Oaktown" feat Too Short, E Mac & others, "Bitin' And Freakin'" featuring Psalm One, "Hieroller" feat ... LP, Vinyl record album
Another great little left coast leftfield nusoul effort from Dudley Declaime Perkins, who we like to think of as the ODB of neo classic soul. Just as you might hope, Dudley leans a little more heavily on a healthy dose of rhyme vocalese rather than smooth crooning on this crispy little album that ... LP, Vinyl record album
The game changing Def Jam classic – and possibly the greatest album by the Beastie Boys – even though they'd grow up a whole lot after this! Profane party anthems galore, and the Beasties would distance themselves from much of the attitude of this album, making their career arc from ... LP, Vinyl record album
A collection on Jive of 80s rap tracks, in a similar vein to their East vs West coast comp, but with one side male groups and rappers rapping about women, and the other women rapping (mostly) about men: 2 Live Crew "We Want Some P___y (clean version)", Schoolly D "Gucci Time", ... Muggs' beats get a bit darker on this album, but are still sharp enough to cut through even the thickest clouds of smoke. 14 tracks in all, including "I Wanna Get High", "I Ain't Goin' Out Like That", "Insane In The Brain", "When The Sh** Goes Down", "Hi ... LP, Vinyl record album
