If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible. All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play
without skipping or flaws. If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove,
you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly — and if it does not,
then you may return it for a full refund.
With our Used CDs, you can expect the disc to be free of all but the lightest of
surface marks — clean, and not dirty at all. You can also expect the case to be
clean (we often change the cases ourselves — putting fresh cases on Used CDs we
handle) — and you can expect the booklet to be in good shape, unless noted
otherwise. We will list any specific details/defects underneath the item — so
look for notes on cutout marks in the case, stamps on the barcode, or details like that.

Massively messed-up grooves – and a rare one-off collaboration between Money Mark, Shawn Lee, and Tommy Guerrero – all artists we've come to love for their own funky music over the years! The sound here is as wild as you'd expect from the cover – a really trippy approach to funk ... CD
Unheard Piano Overlord material – the hypnotic piano & Rhodes-spun recordings of Guillermo Scott Herren – the visionary mind behind Prefuse 73 and Savath Y Savalas! Piano Overlord arguably finds Herren at his loosest – though Aninha Mission has plenty of the moody, hazy beats ... CD
If the story is stripped down avant funk instrumentals with subtle stylistic twists and turns, it's a story worth telling – and that's what Clutchy Hopkins puts down on The Story Teller – an album that manages to be among his most raw and direct and his most adventurous at the same time! ... CD
One of the hippest groups going in the deep funk underground – a combo who play way more than just conventional funk – and who manage to embrace a whole host of classic influences at once! Echoes of older Latin, African, and soundtrack-styled grooves sift together beautifully in this ... CD
Killer funk! Amazing new release by Lee Fields, one of the 70's lost funky geniuses – and a record that sounds like it was lifted from the vaults of James Brown's People label, circa 1972! Unlike other "funk revival" titles of the past few years (especially those by ex-JBs Fred ... CD
