Black vinyl that may show a slight amount of dust or dirt.
Should still be very shiny under a light, even with slight amount of dust on surface.
One or two small marks that would make an otherwise near perfect record slightly less so.
These marks cannot be too deep, and should only be surface marks that won't affect play,
but might detract from the looks.
May have some flaws and discoloration in the vinyl, but only those that would be
intrinsic to the pressing. These should disappear when the record is tilted under
the light, and will only show up when looking straight at the record.
(Buddah and ABC pressings from the 70's are a good example of this.)
May have some slight marks from aging of the paper sleeve on the vinyl.
Possible minor surface noise when played.
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
"Computer Game" is one of the best early singles from this famous Japanese combo. The cut's got plenty of electronics, as expected, but it's also got a wonderfully soulful groove – with some Barry White-esque strings that provide a nice degree of warmth, and help the cut hit a ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
Remember Friday night mixes on WBMX? Never got to hear them? This megamix by Julian Jumpin Perez and Bad Boy Bill is about as close as you can get without digging up an old cassette someone dubbed off the radio. 12-inch, Vinyl record
Miles away from the rougher, rootsier rock of their earlier work – and a great little club track with a catchy, poppy feel! The production is full, joyous, and soaring – just the kind of feel you'd hope for a tune in celebration of the mighty mighty weekend! 12-inch, Vinyl record
Get ready to pop and break – because this one's a monster! "Freak-A-Zoid" was one of our favorite tracks back when we owned a pair of parachute pants and a 10 foot square of linoleum – and it's a darn good thing you're not at our offices to watch us spinning on our shoulders ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
Original and remix versions of this big early cut, plus the fantastic "Rebel Without A Pause". At the time, this was the only way you could get that cut, until, of course, it came out later on LP. Get this one, though, and relive the exciting early days. Pic sleeve, too. 12-inch, Vinyl record
