One of The Artistics' most beautiful albums for Brunswick – and the one that includes the title song that was perhaps their greatest single! "I Want You To Make My Life Over" is a classic bit of Chicago soul – done at a level that really sums up all the sophisticated changes the city had brought to the music at the start of the 70s – and served up with cool vibes, great vocals, and a heavenly production style that wraps up the harmonies tightly together, and floats them over the top with nary a wrinkle! That cut kicks off the album, and things only just get better and better – on titles that include "Just Another Heartache", "Nothing But Heartaches", and "Trouble Heartache & Pain" (hey, these guys had a lot of heartache!) – plus "Out In The Country", "Sugar Cane", and "What The World Needs Now". This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap. We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time, we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape — which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played, the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
