This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Very unusual – an "unexpurgated" interview with Charlie Parker – served up here with material that includes a 1946 session with Dizzy Gillespie & His Robop Six, a 1950 date with the Charlie Parker Quintet that includes Fats Navarro on trumpet and Bud Powell on piano, and ... LP, Vinyl record album
Posthumous issue of an early 50s live set by Charlier Parker – one of the many that were rushed to the public in the years after his early death. The set, like many of the other live ones from the time, isn't recorded that well – but the music is still pretty wonderful. There's a real ... LP, Vinyl record album

You'll be hard pressed to find a better collection of Charlie Parker's classic work on vinyl! Bird's great recordings for Savoy have often been poorly packaged over the years, but here you get the whole batch of seminal bop sides by the pioneering artist of the genre! Bird's the leader on most of ... LP, Vinyl record album
Charlie Parker takes on the music of Cole Porter – with results that make for some of his most classic moments at Verve! Parker's horn is as hard-bitten as always, but it's also working here in a slightly lyrical vibe – one that brings out the warmth that Charlie could have at just the ... LP, Vinyl record album
Well, it's not the whole Charlie Parker Story – but the album does feature some great material from a very famous session, recorded on 11/26/1945, originally issued on 78s, along with extra tracks, compiled here in one of Savoy's posthumous Bird LPs from the early 60s. The group includes ... LP, Vinyl record album
Classic Charlie Parker work, beautifully reissued – and featuring master and alternate takes from a December 17, 1947 session for Dial – on that featured Miles Davis, JJ Johnson, Duke Jordan, Tommy Potter, and Max Roach! Tunes include Bird's classic take on "Bongo Beep", ... LP, Vinyl record album
One of the last albums that Cal Tjader ever cut for Verve – and it's also one of the best! The great Joao Donato's sitting in on piano, and the set has a beautiful mix of Brazilian and Latin grooves, with added Verve groovy touches thrown in for good measure! Don Sebesky did the ... LP, Vinyl record album
Hardly an "encore" of the first Stan Getz Jazz Samba album – as this set's got a slightly different feel, and lots of great elements that make it really unique! This time around, Brazilian musician Luiz Bonfa is on guitar – already a skilled proponent of the bossa by the time ... LP, Vinyl record album
