Amazing stuff – and music that will really help open your ears to the genius of Carole King! All the tracks here were recorded as demos – at a time when King was more of a songwriter, and less of a lead artist on her own – yet still a hell of a charming talent in the studio, and clearly able to work some magic with her compositions that few of the artists making them famous could ever touch! Instrumentation is nice and stripped-down, but the feel is still relatively professional – almost like finding an indie spirit at a time when such a thing wouldn't have run through a scene like this – a vibe that really helps King's vocals come to the forefront. All of our used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws. After you receive a used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly. If it does not, you can request a return for a full refund.
