Pure genius from one of our favorite players ever – and proof that some of the freshest modern jazz of the 60s was being recorded on vibes! Dickerson's tone, timing, and sense of composition alone are enough to make the set a great one – but he's also working here with a really great quartet – one that includes Ahmed Abdul-Malik on bass, Andrew Cyrille on drums, and the excellent Austin Crowe on piano – a player with a really edgey tone, and one who we only know from Dickerson's early recordings. All of our used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws. After you receive a used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly. If it does not, you can request a return for a full refund.
