Momentary Lapse Of Reason

LP (Item 638971) Columbia, 1987 — Condition: Near Mint-
Gatefold

(Includes the printed inner sleeve. Cover has a promo stamp, light wear, and some light marks from sticker removal on front.)

Near Mint - (minus)

  • Black vinyl that may show a slight amount of dust or dirt.
  • Should still be very shiny under a light, even with slight amount of dust on surface.
  • One or two small marks that would make an otherwise near perfect record slightly less so. These marks cannot be too deep, and should only be surface marks that won't affect play, but might detract from the looks.
  • May have some flaws and discoloration in the vinyl, but only those that would be intrinsic to the pressing. These should disappear when the record is tilted under the light, and will only show up when looking straight at the record. (Buddah and ABC pressings from the 70's are a good example of this.)
  • May have some slight marks from aging of the paper sleeve on the vinyl.
  • Possible minor surface noise when played.

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

Chicago II
Columbia, 1970. Near Mint- 2LP Gatefold
Chicago's second album – not as familiar as the first, and with some really great moments! Blood Sweat & Tears

Blood Sweat & Tears 4
Columbia, 1971. Near Mint- Gatefold
We never really know whether we want to call Blood, Sweat & Tears a funky, soulful rock band, or a bunch of white guys making a respectable effort at curring soul albums, but either way, the stuff sounds good to us! By this point the group had enjoyed enough chart success to stretch out a bit, ... LP, Vinyl record album

Bob Dylan

Hard Rain
Columbia, 1976. Near Mint-
A live document of the mid 70s Rolling Thunder Revue era! The best of it recasts classic Dylan songs as well as ones from the then recent Blood On The Tracks as raucous rock & roll tunes, which might've puzzled a lot of longtime fans, critics, and maybe even casual concertgoers at the time, but ... Road To Ruin
Sire, 1978. Very Good-
A prime Ramones classic from the late 70s – a set that's got Joey, Johnny, and crew really hitting right on the money – with the kind of short sharp tracks that made the group such a key bridge between the 60s and the blank generation! Hergest Ridge
