Graham Nash/David Crosby

LP (Item 614159) Atlantic, 1972 — Condition: Very Good+
Gatefold
Originally: 13.99
(70s Japanese pressing with obi and printed inner sleeve – both with some clear tape repair. Cover has some edge wear, corner bend, and some clear tape as well.)

Very Good + (plus)

  • Vinyl should be very clean, but can have less luster than near mint.
  • Should still shine under a light, but one or two marks may show up when tilted.
  • Can have a few small marks that may show up easily, but which do not affect play at all. Most marks of this quality will disappear when the record is tilted, and will not be felt with the back of a fingernail.
  • This is the kind of record that will play "near mint", but which will have some signs of use (although not major ones).
  • May have slight surface noise when played.

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

Magic Lanterns

Shame Shame
Atlantic, 1969. Very Good+
Almost a late British invasion group – and a pretty darn groovy one at that! The Magic Lanterns hail from the UK, but they've got a sound that's picked up some of the Sunshine pop and jazzier touches of the US pop scene in the late 60s – heard to great effect on the title hit "Sham ... Atlantic, Early 70s. Very Good
The MC5 move to Atlantic Records after their first album – and find a whole new sort of focus that's pretty great! What's Up Tiger Lily?
Kama Sutra, 1966. Sealed
An excellent soundtrack to one of the wildest Woody Allen movies ever made – a weird little film that has Woody dubbing fake English dialogue over a Japanese action picture! Neu!
Brain (Germany), 1971. Near Mint- Gatefold
The groundbreaking first album from Neu – maybe not the earliest record in the Krautrock generation – but a set that certainly set a new sort of standard after it was released! You're A Big Boy Now
Kama Sutra, 1967. Sealed
The soundtrack to Francis Ford Coppola's first film, and a surprisingly groovy batch of tracks!
