If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible. All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play
without skipping or flaws. If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove,
you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly — and if it does not,
then you may return it for a full refund.
With our Used CDs, you can expect the disc to be free of all but the lightest of
surface marks — clean, and not dirty at all. You can also expect the case to be
clean (we often change the cases ourselves — putting fresh cases on Used CDs we
handle) — and you can expect the booklet to be in good shape, unless noted
otherwise. We will list any specific details/defects underneath the item — so
look for notes on cutout marks in the case, stamps on the barcode, or details like that.
DJ Quik's classic debut – arguably one sturdiest records bridging the first wave of the LA gangsta rap era to the G Funk era of the early-to-mid 90s – and definitely one of the tighter and most focused albums of its kind around that time, when rap records were getting largely getting a ... CD

Follow up to the classic "Coolie High" and one of the last dope singles ever released on Profile. In the tradition of Main Source and Digable Planets, nice mellow but still energetic production using a nice Herb Alpert-style brass loop and straight, uplifting lyrics. CD
Some of the nice cuts on Legal are as good or better than his first LP, particularly "Come On, Let's Move It", "I'm The Magnificent (Magnificent rmx)", and "The Mission". This one is produced and mixed by Howie Tee. Also includes "Ya Not So Hot", "I'm ... CD

Classic 6-song ep reminding us just how dope Ice Cube was in his heyday. About half the tracks feature classic Bomb Squad production, incing "Jackin' For Beats", the original, and still the best, track about stealing other MC's samples (featuring samples from LL, PE, EPMD, and more). ... CD
The loopy West Coast classic! Heavily steeped in the P-Funk party vibe, Del's first LP is still a hip hop holy grail. Even if Ice Cube's production is a little too L.A. '89, Del's style was and still is inimitable – and "Mistadobolina" and "Ahonetwo, Ahonetwo" are every ... CD
