Sucking In The Seventies

LP (Item 593855) Rolling Stones, 1970s — Condition: Very Good+
Includes the track "Everything Is Turning To Gold" – on LP for the first time – plus a live version of "When The Whip Comes Down" and the previously unreleased "If I Was A Dancer (part 2)". Other tracks include "Mannish Boy", "Shattered", "Hot Stuff", and "Crazy Mama".  © 1996-2024, Dusty Groove, Inc.
(Includes the printed inner sleeve. Cover has some surface wear and a promo stamp.)

Very Good + (plus)

  • Vinyl should be very clean, but can have less luster than near mint.
  • Should still shine under a light, but one or two marks may show up when tilted.
  • Can have a few small marks that may show up easily, but which do not affect play at all. Most marks of this quality will disappear when the record is tilted, and will not be felt with the back of a fingernail.
  • This is the kind of record that will play "near mint", but which will have some signs of use (although not major ones).
  • May have slight surface noise when played.

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

The Rolling Stones at their rawest, most shambling, sleazy and brilliant – the epic, unimpeachable Exile On Main Street! Rolling Stones, 1973. Good Gatefold
A sometimes-overlooked classic from the Rolling Stones – but that's maybe just because it's sometimes obscured in the shadow of Exile On Main Street, the record that immediately preceded it! Undercover
Rolling Stones, 1983. Very Good+
A bit of an odd album, but one that showed the Stones were alive and kicking in the 80s. Taking off from the Stones' take on disco from their previous couple of LPs but keeping a nice rough edge on the proceedings, Jagger and Richards turned in what's probably their last great studio LP. 10 ...
