This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

The Beach Boys live in London at the end of the 60s – working here without Brian Wilson in tow – as indicated by a postcard addressed to him back home, displayed prominently on the front cover! A beautifully baroque bit of psychedelia from the late 60s – the only album recorded by the group Food, a sad and somber batch of tunes that really stands out from the pack! The core quintet is augmented on the set by some larger arrangements that mix in strings and horns – really ... LP, Vinyl record album
A great American-only album from the Rubber Soul generation – the last one made specifically for the US market because of the different release patterns in the US and UK – with a number of their greatest songs of the period! Features a bunch of classics, and it ultimately holds together ... LP, Vinyl record album
Maybe the greatest moment ever from Paul McCartney & Wings – a set that features killer hits and lesser-known gems – all woven into a fantastic 70s sonic tapestry! The production and presentation of the record are wonderful – the whole thing was virtually a pop art piece when ... LP, Vinyl record album
A really special side project from Terry Garthwaite and Toni Brown of Joy Of Cooking – a set that has the duo stepping away from the bigger group, over to Nashville, and opening up with a country-tinged sound that's totally great! Toni and Terry penned most of the songs themselves – ... LP, Vinyl record album
Sublime early work from Robert Wyatt and crew – a psychedelic accented jazz rock classic that never gets old – and a visionary set that inspired a generation! The heavily fuzzy guitar sound is transcendent on Volume Two – with sudden jazzy changes, augmented by horns, and all ... LP, Vinyl record album
