This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
One of John Barry's earliest scores for Bond – when his style was nice and raw, and when the Bond theme couldn't be heard enough throughout the course of the movie! Matt Munro sings the lyrics to the forgotten title hit – and other tracks include "James Bond Theme", "Tani ... LP, Vinyl record album
Quite a shift for John Barry – not the usual groovy music you might expect, and instead a somewhat serious score written for this historical epic written and directed by James Clavell, starring Omar Sharif and Michael Caine! The sound is still wonderful, though – proof that Barry was ... LP, Vinyl record album
A fairly straight orchestral score by John Barry – written for this early 60s film that starred George Segal, Tom Courneay, and Denholm Elliott. The film's a war one, and the themes are pretty typical for that sort of thing – but they do have some nice instrumental touches that push ... LP, Vinyl record album
Ok, so this is a musical – not really our usual bag – but it does contain one of the greatest Sammy Davis Jr songs of all time: the sweetly swinging "Rhythm Of Life", which Sammy sings in character as "Big Daddy", a hip strutting street preacher who kicks it with a ... LP, Vinyl record album
A groovy 70s pirate film score – written by the brothers De Angelis with some great exotic touches! Given that there weren't a heck of a lot of pirate films in the 70s, you might be hard pressed to guess the sound of this one – so let us say that it's got kind of a Euro-exotic feel ...
