Next Lifetime (LP, radio, inst, acapella)

12-inch (Item 55106) Kedar/Universal, 1997 — Condition: Very Good+

Very Good + (plus)

  • Vinyl should be very clean, but can have less luster than near mint.
  • Should still shine under a light, but one or two marks may show up when tilted.
  • Can have a few small marks that may show up easily, but which do not affect play at all. Most marks of this quality will disappear when the record is tilted, and will not be felt with the back of a fingernail.
  • This is the kind of record that will play "near mint", but which will have some signs of use (although not major ones).
  • May have slight surface noise when played.

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

2 of the Brand New Heavies' most anthemic cuts – back to back on this import single, complete with extra mixes to take them to the next level on the dancefloor! An excellent meeting of classic jazz funk and modern dance production – with few equals at its time. 12-inch, Vinyl record
Delicious Vinyl, 1991. Very Good (pic cover)
One of the best songs the Brand New Heavies ever cut – with a classic hook sung perfectly by N'Dea Davenport, and some very tight jazz funk playing by the band. The remixes are handled by David Morales – but we prefer the "beats" and "og", which are by the band. 12-inch, Vinyl record
Glydezone, 2009/2018. Near Mint- (pic cover)
A prime rarity from the Dam-Funk archives – showing his mastery of easygoing boogie funk era-inspired instrumentals was in near peak form even on what was originally issued as a tour-only CD-R! Spacey soul niceness from Reggie B – a couple of jams from the solid Go LP on Japan's Circulations label! "We R Here" is one of the more cosmic tunes on the album – with a sparkling groove with a nice clapping beat, swirling synth atmosphere and layered vocals from Reggie! ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
