This image is a general representation of the album cover, but the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. If the item offered is a used, second-hand item, please note that there may be some cosmetic differences as well.
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible. All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play
without skipping or flaws. If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove,
you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly — and if it does not,
then you may return it for a full refund.
With our Used CDs, you can expect the disc to be free of all but the lightest of
surface marks — clean, and not dirty at all. You can also expect the case to be
clean (we often change the cases ourselves — putting fresh cases on Used CDs we
handle) — and you can expect the booklet to be in good shape, unless noted
otherwise. We will list any specific details/defects underneath the item — so
look for notes on cutout marks in the case, stamps on the barcode, or details like that.

The second outing from vocalist Lizz Wright – done in the same sweetly folksy style as her debut, but in a way that seems to have even more of a focus overall. The backing on the set is especially nice – mostly just spare keyboards, bass, and drums, plus some great work on acoustic ... CD
One of the most deeply soulful sets we've ever heard from singer Lizz Wright – a record that has an even more acoustic feel than before, which really opens up the sound nicely! Given the depth of Wright's vocals, this shift is a really great move – one that lets her really stand out ... CD
The long-awaited debut from Platinum Pied Pipers – an incredible set that melds underground soul, deep hip hop, and innovative club groove into a cohesive sound all its own! The PPP is essentially the duo of Waajeed (a founding member of Slum Village and frequent Jay Dee collaborator) and ... CD
The second smash album from soul sensation Joss Stone – and even more of a star-studded affair than the first! Joss is working here in a deep Miami Soul-styled approach that's similar to her first album – made all the more real with help from Miami stalwarts that include Latimore, ... CD
Karl Denson has long been one of the funkiest reed talents on the west coast – working the groove in classic Ubiquity recordings of SF acid jazz from the early 90s, and playing on some of the strongest records to come out of the Greyboy label at the same time. Here, he makes his Blue Note ... CD
Peven Everett gets taken to a whole new level – as Timmy Regisford and Adam Rios step in to offer up a remixed version of his Beyond The Universe album! The core record is already one of Peven's most house-heavy albums – but in the hands of the mixers, it really hits the dancefloors ... CD
A landmark album – even if it was the only session that Cannonball Adderley ever cut for Blue Note! The album was recorded at a time when Adderley was working with Miles Davis – and as such, the session features a group that includes Miles, blowing in a cool tone that's a perfect ... CD
