If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially

Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible.
When you purchase a Used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use but if there are significant details or
defects we will list them underneath the item — just like we do with LPs —
so look there for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details.
All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly —
and if it does not, then you may return it for a full refund.

Although there's been a few "best of" collections out already by this legendary Brazilian rock group – this volume still stands as the most nicely-selected batch of tracks, and it comes complete with great liner notes that help you really navigate and understand their music. There's ... CD
The glorious return of Os Mutantes – a recent live performance that marks the group's first new album in many many years! The show was recorded before a very enthusiastic audience in London – at a time when the city was in the throes of a recent new wave of interest in Tropicalia ... CD
A wickedly wonderful record from Luiz Bonfa – one that has his bossa-inflected guitar style supported by larger arrangements by Marty Manning. The feel is kind of bossa meets 60s easy meets early CTI – as Manning's work reminds us a lot of the larger orchestrations penned by Don ... CD
Marcos Valle revisits a host of his older tunes – and re-presents the work in a quirky electronic mode! The album's less a remix album than it is a "remake" one – as Marcos is collaborating here with Marcio Menescal of Bossacucanova, in a groove that's quite similar to the ... CD
Incredible new work from Trio Mocoto – the famous Samba Soul trio who were such a big part of Jorge Ben's work in the early 70s! The group still have all the funky flourish of their classic years – and they're working here in a setting that takes that sound, and respectfully touches it ... CD
Instantly timeless work from Martinho Da Vila – a set that's every bit as powerful as his classic albums from the 70s – and done with an even more personal sound! Martinho first rose to fame at a time when there was a big wave of new samba recordings in Brazil – a mode that still ... CD
The album's a tribute to the legendary Zimbo Trio from 60s Brazil – and pianist Amilton Gody really does a great job of getting the sound just right! The tunes are all instrumentals, with bass from Sidiel Viera and drums from Edu Ribeiro – done in that lively, rhythmic style that made ... CD
