This image is a general representation of the item and the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. Used items may have various cosmetic differences as well.
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible. All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play
without skipping or flaws. If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove,
you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly — and if it does not,
then you may return it for a full refund.
With our Used CDs, you can expect the disc to be free of all but the lightest of
surface marks — clean, and not dirty at all. You can also expect the case to be
clean (we often change the cases ourselves — putting fresh cases on Used CDs we
handle) — and you can expect the booklet to be in good shape, unless noted
otherwise. We will list any specific details/defects underneath the item — so
look for notes on cutout marks in the case, stamps on the barcode, or details like that.
Very cool – mono Beatles albums all in tiny LP-styled sleeves! Includes the albums Please Please Me, With The Beatles, Beatles For Sale, Help, Hard Day's Night, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, Magical Mystery Tour, The White Album, and the 2CD Mono Masters set. CD
An amazing experimental set from the team of John Lennon & Yoko Ono – a record that might look hippy dippy on the cover, given its famous nude image of the pair – but which really unleashes a very experimental sound throughout – one that's more in keeping with Yoko's ties to ... CD
What can we say? These guys started as typical new romantic pop drones, but evolved into a surprisingly complex group, one whose soundscape approach to musical compostion would have a lasting effect on bands for years to come. This album, their turning point from 1988, is a masterpiece of fragile ... CD
The landmark first album from The Band – and along with the follow-up, it's among the greatest records of its time – which is all the more astounding given how independent of late 60s trends it is! Each member of The Band brings such inimitable textures – Garth Hudson's imposing ... CD
The second and possibly best album ever by Gene Vincent – a hard charging firebrand signed to Capitol to, well, capitalize on the Elvis phenomenon – but Gene was a wilder character with a seedier groove! Gene Vincent & The Blue Caps was the last to feature lead guitar from Cliff ... CD
2 early ones from The Beach Boys – records that show them growing a lot, musically and emotionally, and also showing a bit of the strain to fill so many albums with quality material. This 27 track set features some real gems – like the original and German versions of "In My ... CD
2 early albums from The Beach Boys, plus 3 bonus tracks, making for a great 27 track set that features some wonderful gems! Our favorite is "The Lonely Sea", an incredible number filled with sadness and longing, set to a sophisticated mellow harmony sound that points the way towards Pet ... CD
My god, what a record! This one's genius through and through – a set that sometimes gets eclipsed in the brilliance to come, but which is easily one of our favorites ever by Steely Dan! There's a beautifully focused feel here – thanks to Donald Fagan's incredible lead vocals, and a ... CD
