This image is a general representation of the item and the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. Used items may have various cosmetic differences as well.
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible.
When you purchase a Used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use but if there are significant details or
defects we will list them underneath the item — just like we do with LPs —
so look there for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details.
All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly —
and if it does not, then you may return it for a full refund.

Another top-shelf session from Monday Michiru – one of the few current artists who's been able to hold our attention for so many years, thanks to an ever-deepening quality in her work! Back at the end of the 90s, we were first amazed when Monday moved simpler dance-based work into more ... CD
Great single from our favorite Japanese singer! The cut's got a great rolling jazzy groove, with a deep bassline, nicely plucked guitar lines, and soulful vocals from Monday. As usual, the lyrics are in English, and the writing has a very positive vibe to it. There's 3 mixes on the single, ... CD
A wonderful little album from Monday Michiru – her tenth solo album in a short but strong legacy of soul! The album builds on the maturing sound that Monday's been crafting over her previous records – a really cohesive sound that takes bits of classic 70s jazz, Latin rhythms, acoustic ... CD
An incredibly sophisticated album from one of our favorite modern soul singers! This stunning 2CD set goes farther than Monday Michiru's ever gone before – into territory that bridges together modern soul, jazz vocals, Latin rhythms, and a complicated set of emotional soundscapes that show ... CD
An album that has Monday Michiru returning to her jazz funk "roots", and singing with a band that plays live throughout, with no overdubs or samples. The band is a tight collective of young Japanese players, and they get a good hard sound that's reminiscent of the playing on the early ... CD
The Stax debut of Angie Stone – a new setting for the singer, and one that really helps her freshen up her groove! Although a contemporary soul diva, Angie's definitely in classic territory here – maybe not the space of Stax from the 60s and 70s, but a rock-solid sound overall, and ... CD
A great Blue Note debut from Elisabeth Withers – a singer raised in our own Midwest backyard, but most recently getting much bigger fame on Broadway! Despite her role in The Color Purple, though, Elisabeth sounds like a straight soul singer here – working with tightly compressed ... CD
Angie Stone's second album for Stax – and some of her most insistently catchy songs ever – with a sound that bridges a deeply melodic, modern-to-future soul vibe to the grounded, self determined and emotional neo classic groove that she's built her solo repution on! If you've been ... CD
