This image is a general representation of the item and the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. Used items may have various cosmetic differences as well.
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible. All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play
without skipping or flaws. If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove,
you have 1 week to play it to determine that it plays correctly — and if it does not,
then you may return it for a full refund.
With our Used CDs, you can expect the disc to be free of all but the lightest of
surface marks — clean, and not dirty at all. You can also expect the case to be
clean (we often change the cases ourselves — putting fresh cases on Used CDs we
handle) — and you can expect the booklet to be in good shape, unless noted
otherwise. We will list any specific details/defects underneath the item — so
look for notes on cutout marks in the case, stamps on the barcode, or details like that.
The last Tribe Called Quest LP – one of those "end of an era" type experiences for sure – and record that was fairly slept on it the time given the dizzying heights of their earlier record – and holds up today as an essential! The tracks are all produced by The Ummah ... CD
In our opinion, KRS's best LP in a while as he moves toward more radio and dancefloor friendy beats (And that's not a bad thing – at last he's left behind the self-indulgent style of songs like "100 Guns.") No one else could have done a better job of remaking the classic "Hear ... CD
The Murder Inc. chanteusse returns with another tight batch of chart soul/r&b, with the same sorta rough edges that made the first one stand out. Tracks include "Shany's World", "Rock Wit U (Awww Baby)", "Breakup 2 Makeup", "I Found Lovin'", "Carry ... CD
The second full length of Edgar Farinas pushing buttons, with the bubbling electronics and banging beats you kids just can't seem to get enough of. An all star cast of guests, including Mr Lif, Del Tha Funky Homosapien, Aesop Rock and Vast Aire get verbose on the spare tracks, which lean a bit ... CD
Mic legend Del The Funky Homosapien doing his inimitable thing with far-reaching production Amp Live – taking Del's voice to realms we've never heard him in! Kicking with with a Cali G Funk steeped intro that's something of a comfort zone for Del, it goes from there to lean synth funk, to ... CD
Probably the 45 King's best lp with "The Flavor Unit Assasination Squad" featuring Queen Latifah, Lakim Shabazz, Lord Alibaski, Apache, and Double J. Also Lakim Shabazz: "Hands Of Fate", "Passin The Mike (with Apache)", Apache: "Smooth Yet Hard", "I ... CD
