A sweet little album from Shotgun – one of those 70s funk ensembles who never cracked the big time, but who manage to sound all that much fresher because of that! The set's a nice mix of full funk tracks and a few more laidback soul numbers – often heavy on the basslines, in the way that other mainstream funk acts were doing at the time – and strutting out nicely with some fuller horns as well. Ernest Lattimore handles lead vocals on some tracks, but most of the group members seem to sing a bit as well – and titles include "Love Attack", "Danger Of The Stranger", "Good Bad & Funky", "I Wish I Could See You Again", "I'm All Strung Out", "Sister Love", "Fire It Up", and "Space N". © 1996-2024, Dusty Groove, Inc.

This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap. We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time, we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape — which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played, the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
