Our favorite Elektra album by Terry – different than his earlier work for Cadet, with a smoother jazz-based style of backing. The change works surprisingly well for Terry, pushing him into a new sound that still preserves his honest soulful vocals. The album includes nice remakes of "Ordinary Joe" and "Occasional Rain", both from his days on Cadet, plus the great track "Turn You To Love".
