✈

One of the only truly great tracks that Lisa Stansfield cut after her first album – served up here in a rare 12" single, with some very nice club mixes that feature remixing by Frankie Knuckles!  © 1996-2020, Dusty Groove, Inc.
(Cover has a small number in one corner.)

Very Good + (plus)

  • Vinyl should be very clean, but can have less luster than near mint.
  • Should still shine under a light, but one or two marks may show up when tilted.
  • Can have a few small marks that may show up easily, but which do not affect play at all. Most marks of this quality will disappear when the record is tilted, and will not be felt with the back of a fingernail.
  • This is the kind of record that will play "near mint", but which will have some signs of use (although not major ones).
  • May have slight surface noise when played.

Additional Marks & Notes

If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record. This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip, cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.

Frankie Knuckles

Baby Wants To Ride/Your Love
Trax, 1987. Very Good+
Two classics from Frankie! Of all the artists on the Chicago Trax label during the glory days of the windy city house scene, Frankie was the one who really kept a strong line traced back to the club sound of the late 70s and early 80s. Both of these cuts have a strongly soulful sound – ... 12-inch, Vinyl record
DJ International, 1985. Very Good
Rare early house tracks from Chip E, mostly minimal drum tracks on here, including "It's House", "Time To Jack", "House Energy", "It's Dub", "Time To Track", "MB Dance", and "Sensuous House". 12-inch, Vinyl record
