This image is a general representation of the item and the actual product may differ slightly in terms of color shading, logo placement, borders, or other small details. Used items may have various cosmetic differences as well.
Black vinyl that may show a slight amount of dust or dirt.
Should still be very shiny under a light, even with slight amount of dust on surface.
One or two small marks that would make an otherwise near perfect record slightly less so.
These marks cannot be too deep, and should only be surface marks that won't affect play,
but might detract from the looks.
May have some flaws and discoloration in the vinyl, but only those that would be
intrinsic to the pressing. These should disappear when the record is tilted under
the light, and will only show up when looking straight at the record.
(Buddah and ABC pressings from the 70's are a good example of this.)
May have some slight marks from aging of the paper sleeve on the vinyl.
Possible minor surface noise when played.
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
A great late moment from The Creation – a set that was issued in the mid 90s, on the Creation Records label that took its name and inspiration from the group – and which features the original 1966 lineup of the band! The production style has maybe a bit of that later UK psych moodiness ... LP, Vinyl record album
The self-titled groovy rock masterpiece from Moby Grape – one of the greatest things to come out of San Francisco after Ghiradelli Chocolate and sourdough bread! The Moby Grape LP is one of the finest, and leanest LPs we can think of from the '67 school of Bay Area psychedelic rock – ... LP, Vinyl record album
A really wonderful record from a really wonderful time when it seemed like boundaries were really breaking down – not just between musical genres, but between different sides of the art spectrum as well! The record is partly experimental art, but has a crossover appeal to post-punk ... LP, Vinyl record album
Was there a finer moment of 80s pop than this little gem? Maybe not – as the duo are at their most floppy-haired charming throughout – serving up some of the catchiest new romantic material of their generation, including the hits "Shout" and "Everybody Wants To Rule The ... LP, Vinyl record album
We dig this because it was one of our favorite Chicago hip hop records that came out of the mid 90s scene around town, with nice production by Dug Infinite, Andy C and No ID, plus a guest appearance by Al Tariq of the Beatnuts. You may be digging for this because as near as we can tell, it was ... LP, Vinyl record album
