This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap.
We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't
look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time,
we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape —
which is why we don't have more of these. In some cases the shrink-wrap may be
torn in spots, but if it's not possible the record has been taken out and played,
the record will still qualify as "Sealed".
Additional Marks & Notes
If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially
if it is an oddity that is the only wrong thing about the record.
This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Insanely fantastic! Ananda Shankar was one of the hippest sitar players of the 60s – an artist who was not only steeped in the strongest traditions of Indian music heard in other more mainstream players, but one who also had a keen ear for modder and funkier grooves of the time! This rare ... LP, Vinyl record album
Incredible stuff from Hugh Masekela – the kind of a record that ties it all together and serves up a whole new sound! The set was recorded in front of a jazz and folk-loving audience at the Village Gate – who gave Hugh the freedom to really unwind in a set of longer tracks that push ... LP, Vinyl record album
70s work by the Ikenga Super Stars group – featuring a number of midtempo groovers that have a messed up guitar sound that gives them a nice edge. Side one features the extended "Peace Movement Social Club Of Nigera" track – a long and strange little groover – and side ... LP, Vinyl record album
(Vinyl has some stuck-on paper at the edge and plays with loud surface noise and some crackle. Cover has surface wear, heavy aging, wide clear tape on the seams and spine, and bent panels.)LP, Vinyl record album

A pretty silly little album, cut by border radio DJ Wolfman Jack, with funky soul and rock backing from southern California! Wolfman talks his way through most cuts – even when he's doing a cover of Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" – but the instrumentation is pretty nice on ... LP, Vinyl record album
A great one that showcases the group's best second suit – their smooth compressed late 70s soul sound – a great evolution of their earlier groove, and one that showed them as a great mainstream soul act! The tunes are a bit mellower overall, but still have a lot of crackle and warmth ... LP, Vinyl record album
