If something is noteworthy, we try to note it in the comments — especially

This might include, but isn't limited to, warped records, tracks that skip,
cover damage or wear as noted above, or strictly cosmetic flaws.
Used CD Grade
We have only one grade for non-new CDs at Dusty Groove — "Used CD".
This grade is somewhat all-encompassing, but we choose it because we try to offer
Used CDs in the best shape possible.
When you purchase a Used CD you can expect the disc to be free of all but the
lightest of surface marks, the case to be clean (we often change the cases ourselves),
and the booklet to be in good shape.
Used CDs may show some signs of use but if there are significant details or
defects we will list them underneath the item — just like we do with LPs —
so look there for notes on cutout marks, stickers, promo stamps or other details.
All of our Used CDs are guaranteed to play without skipping or flaws.
If you purchase a Used CD from Dusty Groove, you have 1 week to play it to determine
that it plays correctly —
and if it does not, then you may return it for a full refund.

Tim Maia's been one of Brazil's greatest soul singers for the past 30 years, and this set's a fitting tribute to the influence he's had on the country's R&B and soul scene – as it pairs him with a host of like-minded acts, both young and old. Participants include Sandra De Sa, Tony e ... CD

Ivan Lins is working here with a help from a host of international artists – no surprise, considering the influence he's had on music around the world over the past few decades! At its core, the set's got the spirit of all of Lins' best recent work, with that warmer, jazzier vibe he's picked ... CD
The second volume in Som Livre's series of samba tracks – featuring a selection of tunes that rework a classic samba sound into a modern groove that shows the evolution of the genre within popular audiences in Brazil. It's tracks like this that demonstrate how and why the samba's stayed ... CD
When this album was first issued in the mid 90s by EMI, it quietly glided onto the market, with very little effect. Over the past few years, though, the record has slowly been championed by a large number of American critics and musicians, and has come to be one of the most critically acclaimed ... CD
