The Goldmine series of "For Millionaires Only" releases is designed to capture the finest of the rare soul 45 scene – with a strong focus on the Northern Soul material that drives the underground scene in the UK. This latest offering in the series is a great one – and it's filled with an excellent mixture of rare group and single artist sides – most of which we never ever see on wax. The sound quality shows that many of the tracks had to be taken from original vinyl sources – but the overall quality of the music is excellent, and the CD's a great one if you dig older soul.
