Peter Boyle/Bobby ScottJoe Speaks ... LP
Mercury, 1970. Very Good ... Just Sold Out!
A wonderful document of a very wild film! The album's a companion soundtrack to the musical score of Joe – and features star Peter Boyle speaking his mind on topics that include the economy, hippies, drugs, and drinking! The set includes a few of the vocal numbers from the film – folksy rock numbers written by Bobby Scott that include "Hey Joe", "Where Are You Going", and "You Can Fly" – next to bits by Boyle that have a really creepy sort of edge. Titles include "The American Bar Scene", "Four Bucks An Hour", "Park Avenue Offices", "I Got All I Need Sonny", "Making It", and "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner". LP, Vinyl record album
(Cover has a cutout hole and a stained and wrinkled corner.)
