A killer cut, and one that brings back the vocals of Paul Randolph in a really wonderful way – set to this jazzy groove that features keyboards from Mark De Clive-Lowe, who also produced the track! A cool cut with many different levels – or maybe "new levels" – a track that's based around a 70s sound library tune by the Modern Sound Quartet, reworked by Koralle, then given a hip hop spin by Illa J! The original version of "Chartreuse" is fantastic – a slow-stepping number that has all sorts of cool keyboards, watery guitar, and light orchestrations – all with a sublime mellow funk soundtrack vibe! 7-inch, Vinyl record

Two great tracks from Carlo Pes – who you might know from his work in the group I Marc 4, and who really makes things great here through a range of cool, jazzy instrumentation! "The Riff" is way more than you'd guess from the title – as it begins with this fast and echoey drum break that's totally great – psychedelic funk at its best, peppered with all sorts of cool organ bits! "Bossa Party" is light and jazzy – maybe more Italian jazz of the late 60s than straight bossa, but with some mighty nice piano and percussion! 7-inch, Vinyl record

A super-rare sound library gem from the Italian scene – a wonderful tune that's got this midtempo bassline that steps along in a very groovy way – easygoing, but funky too – as harp, strings, and some mighty nice flute come into the mix to warm things up! "Since I Lost You" is a new cut – but one that seeks to recall the spirit of Sorgini's original – a bit more contemporary in production, but with all these very similar elements and a mighty nice groove! 7-inch, Vinyl record

Nothing too blue about this nude – as the tune's a sexy little romp, and one that nicely mixes up acoustic guitar, floating violin, and romping rhythms – all set to some cool offbeat lyrics! The news is pretty darn jazzy here – thanks to a quick-stepping bassline, cool marimba, and snapping snare – all of which give "News" a very groovy jazz soundtrack feel – like something lifted off an obscure soundtrack from the early 60s! But halfway through, some cool electronics also come into the mix – moogy flutters that change things up and really space the tune out nicely! "Top Secret" is a wonderful blend of guitar with a hip acosutic bassline – really crafted with a lot of personal touches – hypnotic and seductive, with some nice jazzy overtones! 7-inch, Vinyl record
