Late 80s garage-psych-punk from DeadMoon – their first album ever and a record that fuses decades of trashy rock into a unique frenzy that's beloved to the privileged and relative few who know it and love it! It's important to consider what underground music sounded like in the late 80s in general to fully appreciate the prescience of DeadMoon and the past history of the players – who are more akin the late 60s TX psych than most things bubbling under the surface in the 80s. Includes "Graveyard", "Out On A Wire", "Where Did I Go Wrong", "I Hate The Blues", "Don't Burn The Fires" and more. LP, Vinyl record album
Loads of classics – "Terminal Preppie", "Trust Your Mechanic", "Winnebago Warrior", "Bleed For Me", "Moon Over Marin", and "Well Paid Scientist" – and a back cover with an image of Cal City, IL! LP, Vinyl record album
A great set of tracks that features Wayne's early work as a leader – all recorded for the Vee Jay label, either under his name, or with the Young Lions group. The material is fantastic, and is proof that even as a youngster, Wayne was one of jazz's best writers and players. Titles include "Seeds Of Sin", "Powder Keg", "Black Diamond", "Dead End", "Wayning Moments", "Down In The Depths", and "Moon Of Manakoora". Great stuff that we never see on vinyl anymore! LP, Vinyl record album
(70s issue. Cover has a cutout hole, some ring and edge wear, and some aging inside the gatefold.)
Milestone reissue of classic early blues sides by Ma Rainey, including "Chain Gang Blues", "Deep Moanin' Blues", "Tough Luck Blues", "Moonshine Blues", and "Dead Drunk Blues". There's a dozen cuts in all, with great notes, and the material has not been treated to resemble stereo in any way. LP, Vinyl record album
(Late 60s mono blue label pressing. Cover has light ringwear, some edge wear, worn spots at the spine, and an application wrinkle in back.)
