Stone AllianceHeads Up ... LP
PM, 1980. New Copy ... Around March 1, 2015
Stone Alliance plays with an expanded lineup on this LP, perhaps to account for the missing Steve Grossman, who's no longer with the group at this point. Don Alias and Gene Perla are joined by Dave Liebman, Alex Acuna, Michael Brecker, and Kenny Kirkland, and the track list includes "Trampoline", "Aunt Remus", "Tribute To Afreeka", and "Uncle Jemima". Perhaps not as full on funky as the group's first few powerhouse albums, but still a great little record with a hard jazzy edge! LP, Vinyl record album

Stone AllianceStone Alliance Con Amigos ... LP
PM, 1977. New Copy ... Around March 1, 2015
The core funky fusion group of Stone Alliance is joined by a number of great guest players from Argentina – for a sound that's a cool mix of the group's hard and heavy sound, augmented by lighter, lyrical soloists. Steve Grossman's in fine fine form as usual on reeds, and guest players include Jose Maria Loriente on percussion, Daniel Binelli on bandoneon, and Roberto Valencia on percussion. Includes the cuts "Taking A Good Long Look", "Amigos", "I'll Tell You Tomorrow", "Miss T", and "Mujeres Sud Americans". LP, Vinyl record album
