A rare funky gem from this obscure Florida group – a combo with roots in the more-famous Winstons – that legendary group who gave the world "Amen Brother" at the end of the 60s! The work here is equally funky, but in a different sort of way – tight 70s ensemble funk, with instrumentation that's sharp enough to have some nice jazzy currents – and a completely on the money approach that blends nice horn work with some strongly-grooving rhythms! Vocals shift around nicely from track to track – and there's a lot of jazzy work throughout – on titles that include "What Am I Gonna Do", "Everlasting Love", "Head Over Heels", "Livin Lovin Lady", "I Need A Woman", "Interlude", and "Night Songs".
