A large group with a really strong command of their sound – so much so that at points the full frenzy of all members seems to pack this really enormous punch, before getting balanced from more personal, individual moments in music! The idea of an improvisers orchestra is nothing new, but these guys definitely have a sound that's all their own – a really fresh variation on the concept, which comes in part from the mix of instrumentation in the lineup. Players include Liliana Zieniawa on vibes, Patryk Zakrocki on viola, Marcin Bozek on French horn, Tomek Choloniewski on percussion, Marta Dramowicz on electronics, Mawina Kolodziejczyk on tenor, Paulina Owczarek on alto, Sebastian Mac on guitar, and both Ernest Ogorek and Adam Stodolski on bass. Owczarek conducts, Adam Nyk provides a bit of voice, and the long performance runs for over 40 minutes, divided into three sections. CD
